I used the hot glue pieces mostly. So far I think it works well I am definitely an amateur but seemed simple enough to use. Worked for what I needed it for. Did have to use finger nail remover to get glue residue off.

The media could not be loaded. Not helpful, doesn’t stay on the dent, impossible to remove residues of plastic glue from the cap after it hardens. All parts come loose in the box, meant to be transferred in soft case with no compartments to organize parts. There is no plastic case to organize it like in any other tools ( drill for example). ... show more

I'm very dexterous and intelligent. I can fix or repair most anything. This my friend is not for the novice. I had a fairly low complexity dent in the rear quarter panel. After 6 hours of trial and error I gave up. The tools in this kit appear to be good but if you have no experience it's just not worth it. My dent does look a lot better but nowhere near unnoticeable.     • It is a low cost kit, so I didn't expect high quality stuff.
I did get a lot of stuff for my money. I have used the glue and the slide hammer a few times but the glue didn't hold worth a darn. Even with panel warmed up with heater. I'll need to push the panel out first, then maybe try better glue.
