First time and it was great. Make sure you use lube and you're 100% relaxed! I admittedly was too excited to use it and I wasn't relaxed enough so it felt kinda stiff and the motor didn't do much until I started to relax. The skin is squishy which makes it more comfortable, too. Vibration is relatively quiet but the thrusting is a bit noisy. I'm not bothered by the noise but just a warning.
