When you remove the sleeve for cleaning, you can place the vibration where you want it. So take note of where it is so you don’t have to spin the toy to find it when you need it. Like most guys, I rushed into all the features immediately. Definitely wait a little bit for the vibration! The vibration and suction are totally independent so you’ll have to explain to your SO that you’re going to need lots of time with this toy! ;-) Luckily, it will be enjoyable to figure out exactly how you like it! I just received this and have tried it once. I am quite average (5 and 3/4 inches for both length and girth) and would say that it's a bit tight so if you are on the big-side, I wouldn't recommend it. I have only tried it once and due to tightness, you need quite a bit of lube. The inner material is nice but it's not as soft as some other simple toys that I have. This is more a sucking and vibrating device so if you rather thrust into something than get sucked, it won't be comfortable due to tightness. But it certainly is very nice and the fact that you can control the speed is great. The vibrator is awesome and now I don't have to look for other vibrating material to use as toys! I bought the transparent version which was more expensive as it said that it is waterproof but the instruction inside says not to put water on it!
