After looking at many of them, I decided on this one because it's a basic table, without all of the massage extras. Shipping was super fast. Setting the table up is not easy, but I can now do it easily. The first thing I did was to lay flat on my back on the table. My back felt brand new. I then did a few exercises. Since having the table for less than 6 days, I've used it 4 times. That's important because I need to get back to a regular routine. Everytime I've used it, my body thanks me. I bought the table to do physical therapy following a complete knee replacement surgery. It's very difficult to get up from the floor, and even a firm bed does not give enough back support for some of the exercises. This table had good reviews including some by others who were in the same situation as me. I have been happy with the table. I am 165 cm tall and fit on the table without feet dangling off. I love this table. I use it for traveling therapies and it is very lightweight and easy to set up. The bag is sturdy and nice. The padding on the table is better than my more expensive table And as I said far less weight! I’ve had really good feedback from my clients. This table folds easy and is lightweight for travel. My husband had back and hip surgery and stretching is a must. This table is perfect for that. It's not as wide as our last one, however it's perfect for us. It holds up to 450 lbs. He is 225. Perfect !! For the price, it's amazing.
