It works just as it’s supposed to. Feels like I’m giving myself a spa day at home between the facial tools & scalp/body attachments 🥰 I see other reviews giving lower ratings because they dropped the glass attachment & it *shockingly* broke, or the tubes don’t look blue/purple. You have to turn off the lights while the tool is on to see any kind of color inside, just in case anyone thinks this means they don’t work. My fine lines & sun spots are fading a bit so I will definitely keep using it. ... show more

Ive wanted this for a long time and just decided to go ahead get it. I've used it 5 times at the highest setting so far and I'm not sure if it's doing anything.. it smells horrible LOL but you get used to it. I watched a YT video and they said that it is supposed to tingle or zap you a little and your skin will probably turn pink or red... however I have not noticed much of any feeling other than the initial zap but then nothing.. and my skin doesn't react to it or turn a little red. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same experience with their's. I'll continue to use it cranked all the way and hopefully 🙏 we see some results! ... show more

Do not, & I mean this as an esthetician in the industry for decades, do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this. I have purchased over $1300 in products from this company. Including three of these sets. All of these sets have had at least 1 wand break within a few months and at first customer service was amazing and replaced them right away. But every single product that I have purchased since then (within one year or less) has broken - this includes the wands & the actual tool itself. On top of this, I have reached out to customer care multiple times with zero response, except for the automated one saying they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. And in every case now I never hear back from them ever. So now I’ll go through and review every single product I’ve purchased and warn every single person to not waste their money on these tools & machines. Unfortunately, when they actually work, they actually do the job that you expect them to do, which makes it even more disappointing. So now I have multiple products, including the professional ones that are just sitting in a pile of junk waiting to decide what to do with them. And the customer service (If there is one?) does not care and does not respond to anything. After decades in this business, I’m usually a pretty understanding person when it comes to technology and some of the pitfalls that can happen, but this is beyond ridiculous when you own upwards of 10 different machines and therapeutic tools, and a year later not one of them works? and you can’t get a hold of anyone to help you get it figured out? I would say that this is the last choice I would ever make again in purchasing skin care tools. ... show more

So far so amazing. I am about one month in at 2-3x a week using these wands and my face is getting smoother, more even. I think I'm looking better now at 50 than I did I n my 30s!

3 stars is the max I'd give this because there is no case!!! You have to hold onto the box it comes in. For the price and the fact these are glass pieces, why isn't there a case??? I saw a youtube unboxing/review of Nuderma skin therapy wands and that one had a case so I figured it would be the same with this one. I feel like these pieces will get broken more easily from just getting them in and out of the box's styrofoam. Bright side, nothing was broken and the device turns on. Hopefully it has good results. I do wish the glass attachments clicked into place so you know they're secure. One of them fell out on first use and I barely caught it in time. You have to firmly push them in and there's always that concern they'll break. ... show more
