Really great to just sit on the couch and put your feet in this at the end of a long day on your feet. Highly recommend to anyone with plantar fasciitis. The heat takes awhile but it is so nice. Some people might complain it is too rough. Those people obviously don't have extremely achy feet because if you do you know it can never be hard enough. My only complaint is I wish the air (suction) part just stayed aggressive instead of cycling up and down. It feels great when it is really tight on your feet but it only lasts a couple of seconds. I had tried the whole leg and foot inflating boot type and it was too cumbersome to use and didn’t seem to help. Using this a couple times a day is really relieving the fading of sensation in my foot.

I love using this machine on my feet. I have ankolosing spondylitis and when my feet are hurting this does the trick. It puts alot of pressure on the feet and u love that, but some people might think its a bit much...

Update: After posting this review, I was contacted by Renpho customer service. They were very considerate and we quickly came to an agreeable resolution. The unit i purchased didn't work for me, but after my experience with their customer service team I won't hesitate to try another one of their products. Original review: Ordered initial unit and used it a few times. After a few uses, the middle pressure setting reduced to equivalent of low pressure. For me, low pressure is too soft and high pressure is too heavy. Middle pressure was great. Due to this issue, I returned to Amazon for a replacement. With the replacement unit, middle pressure setting was equivalent to low pressure out of the box. ... show more
