Ok the reviews are accurate. You will more than likely need customer support. It's complicated to set up. You can contact the company and they walk you through it. They are on China time so 6pm-6am. It is absolutely worth getting help. I am awful with technology and Daisy made it so easy. You have to keep up with daily maintenance and watch their videos. I love the oven. 2 minutes to cook the image and has come out perfect everytime. Very thankful for the help and their positive attitude. ... show more

    • OK printer and ok support, better off getting a real Epson L1800 printer.

Printer is very good quality, all steel case and the print mechanism doesn't look flimsy or easy to break. We had a software configuration and after contacting support they helped us work through the settings and helped us get back to printing very quickly. However, after only using it a couple of months a bunch of issues started bothering us. One, even though we are using the film roll, the printer will constantly think that it expects to have sheets fed and will continuously scroll film out looking for the end of the page. You have to turn it on and off about 10 times before it goes back into roll mode. The software isn't a legit copy of DTFRip. You have to exclude the software directory from Windows Defender so that it doesn't automatically delete the files in the directory that tricks DTFRip into thinking it's legit. Since you don't have a license, you can't upgrade to get new features. Upgrading drivers causes everything to just stop working. It looks like they have taken the guts out of an Epson L1800 and slapped it into a new metal chassis. It looks great and when it's working it prints fine. When I had a clogged print head, they pointed me to a replacement printhead they sell, but it doesn't even have the same connectors as the printer they sold me, so I'm not looking to spend $250 more to find out. ... show more

Finally. I did purchase this DYF PRINTER ONE YEAR AGO and I could never get my review in. Well it’s great news. It still works great and I’m a beginner so that should tell you how simple it is. I was afraid to get it but after receiving it and I’m a well packed wooden crate, I set it up and JACK and ALLEN at their customer service were always there for me when I had questions. They did the set up for the software for me because I was afraid I would do it wrong. I still reach out to them today just to say hello and that it’s still working great. It came in pretty quick too. Customer service techs were wonderful and helped me figure out the problems and sent the needed parts along with some extra film, ink and some money back because of the loss of money my shop faced during the down time. I’ve had my printer close to a year now been doing very well with it recently had one problem didn’t know how to reset the ink waste got a contact with the company through Amazon. We had a chat through WhatsApp, remote access to my computer and in no time everything was back up and running.

Positive: very well packed. CONS: everything else, rip software won't work unless you have your antivirus turned off on your computer, customer service is in China they are responsive thru whatsapp, but you have to be available 2am est. The installation is a nightmare. Once you finally got it installed the printing quality is hit or missed. I was printing a design needed 12 of the same design by number 5 white ink stopped flowing took over an hour to get it going -- the first two prints were trashed. So be ready to waste incredible amounts of ink, and you can't just purchase the bottle of white ink ( you need to use the same brand of ink -- you can't mix brands) heads up you have to pay 35 dollars for shipping of replacement ink and the ink bundle is $149.00. .. Getting you money back not possible they want you to pay 50% restoking fee...ridiculous. SO I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN IF I KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW...STAY AWAY ... show more
