There's a lot of learning curves as a beginner but i fear no machine as long as the customer service and technical support are great. I am loving my machine so far, it does what it supposed to. The technical support engineers are very helpful, reliable, and accommodating. Surprisingly, they can understand the issue fast and give you the resolution in a timely manner. You just need to send them photos and videos of the issue and they will give you the solution. They are very easy to work with and the instructions are straightforward. I purchased this printer in August 2023. I was told it came with a 3-year warranty. The first 3-4 months very few issues. Any problem it was fairly easy to get in contact with tech service, even though there was about a 12 hour time difference. So basicly if youy broke down at 8 am, it would be 7 pm before they would contact you on skype and so it it took 5 minutes or 3 hours you did the repairs at night. Starting having reguar weekly issues from beginning of January until now. I followed their instructions on thoroughly cleaning the print head and how to remove 3 screws and pull print head out to clean bottom of it. I did as instructed, and it burned the motherboard. I've had to order a new print head and motherboard from them from China with a 7 to 14 day shipping. Then once I get I can't do anything until I contact them so they can walk me through it. When you purchase this printer, you will not have a warranty, because anything that has to do with ink isn't covered. That's 99% of everything. You will do 100% of the labor repairs, and you will have lots of down time with losing revenue. When thr printer is working, it does fantasic prints, and a cheaper price than the Icolor 560 white toner printer. You will however have to do maintainence several times per day. They seller, and all of tech are very nice and polite, however that don't pay your bills. If your not running this printer 7 days a week and constantly running printhead cleanings, and daily power ink flushes it will break down. If you do all this as I just stated it will still breakdown and none of the parts are covered under warranty. Previously I wrote a 5 star review for this printer on Dec 3 2023 because it had did pretty well up to that point. Within 2 weeks of my review, it stated having numerous issues, from not putting white ink on undercoat, to blurry prints, to not printing the correct colors. Then it got to not printing full design, to leaving lines from top to bottom on each print. In the 6 months of using, I have wasted around $300 in ink and film from error prints. I was happy with this printer for the most part until it started having major issues and breakdowns 2 months ago until present. With the wasteful ink that everyone has from proper cleanings to error prints and losing film, that everyone will have, and time and labor for multiple cleanings daily, and nonbe of the parts being covered in the warranty, it's not worth the $3000. You can go to the procolored group on facebook and see for yourself all the unhappy customers. I was absolutely so bsck and forth with this purchase with all the mixed reviews I’m hoping I’m making the right decision as this was a lot of money! Will update the 4* too a 5 once I see how it works 💕 - came in great packaging, absolutely love the chest plan on using it for my kids keepsake. - took a little longer than expected to set up, & had too contact support . They were absolutely supportive and helped me tremendously!! They say it can take up to 48 hrs to contact you, it only toook them a few hours for me . I was honestly suprised how quickly they got back to me and how much they helped me . - I did my first print yesterday and screwed up , having trouble loading the paper correctly but I’m sure I’ll learn everything soon… will update more how it goes once I use it for the first time , excited too learn how too use it .. but scared if it’s gonna be a waste of money and me be out . ... show more

Overall the machine works great but after spending this much money on these machines you would think the software would be high quality. But that wasn’t the case, I had to purchase a separate software for $500 on top because the prints were coming out very blurry and there are no settings to fix it. The oven takes forever to heat up and after 8 attempts to finally get it to bake the powder it worked. Please do your research before buying any DTF machines that’s a lot of money for you just to end up throwing it all to the trash. ... show more
