Great customer service. Takes a while to set up but they help you through the process. Had issues with oven and controller. They are sending a new one right away. Still working out the kinks but that is expected when you are new to this type of printing operation.

I purchased this machine a few weeks ago. I was initially able to get it up and running great on my own. The software only works on a PC and I am a Mac user. The computer disconnected from the printer somehow and I was struggling to get it to reconnect. Customer service was able to remote access my desktop and resolve the issue.
