I purchased two of these chairs a little over a year ago. Very easy to put together. I fit in the chair comfortably. I am average hight and weight. I use 1 everyday multiple hours a day. The reclining is very nice. The chair has held up really well until the left arm broke on the bottom of the chair. I contacted the support on their website and they sent a replacement at no charge. The media could not be loaded. I’ve had it for 3 years, and I still absolutely love it and recommend it to anyone. Everything, including the lumbar support, and hydraulics have held up! The cushion is still first, but soft, and the back of the chair is in great condition. If you want a stylish, and comfortable chair that’s affordable, I highly recommend this one. *note- my husband is 280lbs, and it did not support his weight if it was up. But he would still use it sometimes and just put it all the way down. ... show more

Very good chair and glad I bought it. It was very easy to assemble and is very aesthetically pleasing. The downfall is that, since I am a plus size woman, the chair is a little snug. So if you wear a size 18 or above, you may want to consider a larger chair.

When COVID broke I ended up purchasing a gaming chair that was absolutely horrible. It was flat, super uncomfortable, heavy, the arm rests were loose and the chair made constant creaking sounds that were so loud that I had to mute my mic during meetings. I finally had enough and set out looking for something more mature, better made, but not too expensive. This NEO Chair came up in my initial search, and I really like the modern look, and it has lots of positive feedback, but for $60 I assumed it was probably another junk chair. More searching showed chairs that looked identical with the same features, but for more money, so I decided I’d take the chance on the NEO chair, and I’m SO glad I did! This chair is AWESOME! It arrived in perfect shape. I was surprised at the small amount of screws that were needed for assembly, which means there’s less moving parts that can loosen over time. It literally took me 6 minutes to assemble the chair, and I agree with others that the directions could be better to show the orientation for the arm rests. When I sat in it for the first time I was amazed. The chair is super comfortable, and fits my medium build just perfectly. The padding of the chair is great. Not too soft, not too hard. The seat bottom has a small well/depression close to the seat back, which anchors me in the chair as if it was built for me. I noticed the bracket to mount the seat has slots for the bolts, so you can position the seat bottom forward or backwards slightly to accommodate the length of your thighs. While it’s only about 1/2” worth of adjustment, it’s nice to have a little adjustability. The casters glide smoothly, and the chair swivels effortlessly. I was concerned that the immovable lumbar support wouldn’t match my physique, but the mesh back is super comfortable and the lower back support is right where it needs to be. The mesh back also keeps my back from sweating, and since I’m in the seat for 8 hours a day, this is a great feature. As others have noted, the arm rests are too low to rest my elbows on when typing, but that’s a sniggle I can live with considering how much this chair does right, along with the price point. I’ve only had the chair for a week now, so the longevity/ quality of the chair is yet to be determined, with my main concern being if the padding in the chair will not lose it’s cushioning over time, and that the mesh seat back wont stretch over time and lose it’s elasticity.     • STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAIR - SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE

Big Warning: The looks of this chair can be deceiving. Assembly: The assembly is NOT easy, though the site claims that you can assemble it in 15 mins, it took me more than an hour because of the flimsy screws, the pathetic quality of Allen wrench and not to mention that the instructions were not super clear as well. They have just provided pictures of how the assembly should look in each step, but it would have been really helpful if they would have given more details about each step. The packaging comes with Wheels (5) , screws (divided into A, B, C) , washer (D) and an Allen wrench. I would expect each screw (i.e A,B and C) to be supported by washer (D) for better handling, but again here the instructions do not clearly show whether each screw should have Washer or not as there are not enough Washers as screws. So, I had to decide what part of the chair I can put the screw without the Washer, pretty bad from Customer perspective. Comfort: 1. After putting this chair into an assembled state, I sat on it for 30 mins and boy, what a uncomfortable Memory Foam seat this is. It looks so fabulous, but the seat is absolutely uncomfortable to sit for long hours. The main reason people order chairs these days is sitting long hours due to Work From Home, but this is definitely not your chair if you expect to sit 6-8 hours a day working. Again, depends on how heavy you are, I am 188 Pounds, but if you are super lightweight, it may be a different story for you. 2. Lumbar Support: The Lumbar Support is made of hard plastic, the moment I sat on the chair, it started pressing hard on my back hurting me more than supporting me. Pretty bad design, material choice by the manufacturer. 3. Arm rest - The Arm Rest is same as the Lumbar Support. Made of hard plastic, without consideration for any soft support OR wide enough to support multiple forearms, thus someone like me who is heavy, has a much bigger forearm then someone skinny. Thus, the arm rest hurts you as well. 4. Stiching - The Stiching on the seat is clearly visible, and thus an unpleasant thing to look at, though it doesn't make any issues while sitting All in All, this is bad chair for medium / heavy people and should stay away from it if you are looking for comfortable chair in these times of WFH. ... show more
