But I am writing to let you know that not only is this the best chair you’ll ever buy but their customer service will cover you if you’re unsatisfied. I bought it a year ago (early 2023), and the wheelbase broke off after use. I contacted their customer service, and they sent me a replacement wheel bracket. Not only this, but I have used it daily for over 6+ hrs. I know what I am talking about when I have tried so many chairs in my lifetime, and this one has taken the abuse and still is standing, going strong, and will not be flimsy like the ones you purchase at Staples, Office Depot / Office Max, or some other big name brand. I am absolutely in love with this chair! Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy, luckily they give you all the tools you need. But on top of that the chair has good weight, extremely comfortable, and its mesh! The lumbar support really does change everything about having a chair. I've always used the basic chairs with a semi flat back, and now that i have this, i dont think i could ever go back. The adjustment makes it very comfy, the mesh is supportive and helps my back a ton. However 2 of my fav features are the leaning back and headrest. Headrest, because its comfy. But the leaning back is not just leaning back, when you lean, the entire chair actually changes shape to contour to the lean. It really is the best. The footrest is nice, but honestly its a specific use. Its hard to sit far enough back from a desk to use it, although when the little one wants to sleep, and you are sitting there, it can almost turn into a bed with that footrest out. I've been using the PatioMage Executive Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair for several weeks now, and as someone who works from home for 8-10 hours a day, I feel compelled to share how this chair has been a literal lifesaver for me. As a bigger guy at 6'2" and 300lbs, finding the right office chair that provides both comfort and support for long hours can be a real challenge. But let me tell you, the PatioMage has been a game changer. First off, the ergonomic design of this chair is something to rave about. It's like it was tailor-made for my body, aligning perfectly with the natural curves of my spine. The ability to adjust virtually every aspect of this chair – from the headrest, lumbar support, armrest, to the seat depth and height – has allowed me to find that sweet spot of comfort that I need for my long workdays. The adjustable seat depth, in particular, has been a standout feature. It's incredible how a small adjustment to fit my leg length can make such a significant difference in comfort, especially for someone of my size. The lumbar support deserves a special mention too. It has a lift and rotate feature that has provided my lower back with the kind of support I didn't even realize I was missing. It's been a huge relief for my back, especially on those longer workdays. Now, let's talk about the armrests. The 3D adjustability here is nothing short of impressive. They move up and down, forward and backward, left and right, ensuring my arms are always in the most comfortable position. And the materials! I used to get sweaty from my last office chair, but not with the high-elastic special soft mesh because it is both breathable and durable, making it perfect for sitting for long hours. The chair comes with a footrest, but I don't seem to use it much. They cut no corners with the build quality, from the moment you sit down you will feel nothing but a sturdy throne. I won't say it's been all roses, though. Getting the adjustments right took some time and patience, especially for someone of my size. Assembling this chair is a pain as it uses hex bolts, to which they provide a small tool. It would help to have a second person. This chair is also on the pricier side too, which might not fit everyone's budget, and it's a bit bulky, so make sure you have the space for it. Also, a few more color options would have been nice. But overall, if you're a bigger person looking for a high-quality, ergonomic office chair that can withstand long hours, the PatioMage is a solid choice. It's transformed my work-from-home experience, and I genuinely feel more productive and less fatigued at the end of the day.     • Great Office Chair with a Few Minor Issues
First, I would recommend this chair and I would buy it again. It's a very comfortable chair and very supportive in the seat, lumbar support, and back. I'm a life-long handyman around the house so the assembly was easy. I think anyone with a modest ability with tools would say the same. I've been using the chair for about a month now and couldn't be happier with how it feels to sit in for extended periods of time. I can't comment on the headrest or the leg support because I did not install the headrest and I removed the leg support mechanism. I have no need for either of those. I merely wanted a supportive desk chair, not a gaming chair or lounging chair. I have two minor issues with the chair. I fixed one and cannot fix the second. First, I hated the chrome painted insert that goes on the back of the chair to cover the bolts that hold the back on. That part of the chair is completely black and the chrome insert looked "cheap" to me. It is shown in the photos of the chair but I didn't notice it before I bought it. I sanded it and painted it matt black to match the rest of the plastic that makes up the back. I think it looks much better. My second issue is more significant. The adjustable arms are great initially because you can move them up or down to get the height that works best for you, and you can move them forward and backward to position the support in the best place for your forearm. You can also twist the top to angle it in, out, or straight. For me, that's the problem. The adjustment is too loose. I like the arm in the straight position but I unintentionally move it in or out when I put my hand on it to sit in the chair or stand up after sitting in the chair. I wish there was a way to lock it into the position you prefer so it would not move so easily out of that position. There is no way to do that. For me, the minor issue of the arm adjustment would not keep me from recommending the chair. I just thought you might want to know about it before deciding this is the chair to buy.
