I'd love to start by praising the LONG cord on this. I can plug it in on one side of my room and it stretches all the way to my bed so I can prop the pillow up against the headboard and pillows on my bed for the perfect shoulder massage. It doesn't stop there though - I rest my thigh and calf on it after leg day and just let it massage out my knots while I'm getting work done on my laptop. My one warning is that if you use it too long or put too much pressure on it, you can end up feeling bruised, so be mindful with the time you're using it and where.
