Chair is very comfortable. Easy clean. Most of assembly was no problem. Did have to start some pilot holes on stretchers. Counter height is what I wanted.

After a fruitless search for "real" (and expensive) counter chairs with leather seating, etc, I came upon these chairs for under $60. The colors were a great match for our kitchen, so I ordered one to see how bad a $60 chair would be. Overall, it's not bad at all. Assembly was easy because the hardware was well labeled and the parts actually aligned. The whole chair is on the small side, but the seat height is perfect. Seating is a bit hard, but the fully upholstered seat will not scratch or dent my cabinets, and dismounting, as you swing over the cushion corner, is not uncomfortable. It's not a heavy chair, so it can be moved out of the way easily. After using it for a week or so, I ordered three more to complete my set. Now, after several weeks, I'm going to order two more to keep boxed as backups because I know that either the price will have risen significantly or they will be discontinued just when I need a replacement. This is the second used Linon chair I bought. The style fits my kitchen decor and is very comfortable. Unfortunately, the hardware must have slipped out. The manufacturer sent me a replacement set very promptly. I could not be happier. Great chair, well-made, and great service at an incredible price! This chair's seat is smaller than normal seat sizes. At 17 x 17 inches, it's smaller than the usual 18 x 18 inch chair.

Ordered these because we were replacing an older version Of the stools that we used for 15 years. Love the looks of this stool, and the cushions actually looked better in real life than in the picture. We ordered 4. Opened the first one and started to assemble, but were stopped within the first 2 steps because the holes in the seat did not align properly with the back of the stool. Opened a second one and discovered the same problem. Looking at the seat. It appears the cushion part was attached off center to the wood. If you look at the second picture, you can see how the seat is almost flush with the left side of the chair, but on the right side it is in almost 1/2 inch from the side. This is about the same amount that the hole alignment was off. There was nothing we could do to make it right short of taking the seat apart and re-mounting the pad to the base... not something we were willing to try. Tried calling the company’s customer service number, and waited 45 minutes, getting “you are next in line” messages the whole time. ... show more

Happily surprised! They look great, easy to assemble, and well made and sturdy. They are not dark wood, but they match my wall hutch which is a reddish honey. My other stools did not have a back, this stool is far superiot

    • Wood color is different than pictured
These chairs seem quite sturdy and are comfortable. Upon receiving them, I noticed that the wood finish was much more orange than I expected. I decided to keep them anyway and have been pleased with them.
