I found this light therapy mask to be a quick & easy addition to my skin care routine ! The fact that you can wear it while you’re lying down reading, watching TV or even walking around, makes it so theres no excuse to not find the time to use it. Being in my 50’s, I can say I have a need for all of the colors, and I have enjoyed experimenting with all of the different lights. This light therapy mask is not a huge monetary investment or time commitment, especially given the results! I look forward to using the mask a few times a week, I find it relaxing . Although it says it may leave red marks on your face (I have very sensitive skin), I have not found that to be the case. The red & yellow lights seem to reduce redness on my face, which is a huge bonus. I was mostly looking to increase collagen & reduce fine lines and wrinkles for a more rejuvenated complexion. It comes in a nice box with instructions, controller & charger. The mask is adjustable with comfortable velcro straps, so it’s suitable for all head and face types. If you purchase: Only charge the on/off (control) device - NOT the mask. The mask's cord is designed to plug into the control device only. I can see someone being tempted to start charging things before reading the instructions, trying to get a "jump" on prep-time. - I've used this item on "red LED" consistently - for almost a month. (15-minute-setting - several times a week.) Skin is softer to the touch. No reduction in lines/wrinkles that i notice. No one has said, "What are you doing? Your skin looks amazing!". (I'm 56.) I have noticed my skin is more "oily" during the day, like it used to be - probably a sign my skin is behaving in a younger manner. (Slightly more youthful "glow".) I'm back to putting powder on face once or twice during the day. Can carry the on/off device in a small crossover bag, so that it's easy to walk around and do whatever, while the mask is on.
