I love it, especially all you get for the cost. I use the clips all the time to section off my hair while I'm blowing out another section. Works well. The only thing I find a little annoying is the location of the buttons on the handle. The buttons are exactly where your hand grips on the handle, and I'm constantly switching settings from hottest to cool without realizing it. I realize it when I see my hair not drying as quickly, or I feel that it is not as hot as it was. Why did they design the handle with the buttons right there on the handle grip??? Stupid design. Anyway, once you get used to that, you can figure out how to hold it so not to change the settings. Other than that, it s a great blow dryer, you get all those accessories, and it gets the job done. I wanted to give this a five but my only complaint is the the way the on/off switch is placed I am constantly accidently turning it off while using it. I had to return a different brand because the switch labels were painted on and rubbed off after just a couple of weeks use so I opted for this model that didn't have painted on labels. I still prefer this one to the other. I just need to a adjust how I hold it when I use it. Not a big deal and other than that it works great, feels like it's made well and will last quite a while. ... show more

I purchased a different blow dryer from Amazon but the comb kept falling off everytime I’d blow out my type 4 hair. I thought this one would do the same but it works amazingly. It even works on my mom’s thick 4c hair.
