I bought this dryer at the end of December and it is now mid-May and it's going in the trash. The fan started getting weaker and weaker and then it just died. It still heats up but overheats immediately without a fan so it's useless. I see that other reviewers have had the same problem. Beware.

I have naturally curly hair. I refuse to spend over $100 for a hairdryer, so I haven't had the luxury of purchasing a Shark or Dyson hairdryer/diffuser. I have only gotten to use it once so far, but I can say that there was a very distinct difference in my curls. I love it! I love that the cool/no heat setting actually STAYS cool. I prefer not to use heat on my hair when styling and usually end up air drying, which can be very inconvenient if I need to go somewhere. I can't say how long it would take to dry my hair with this, as I did plop and air dry for a little while before using, but it definitely dried it faster than my old dryer. Really my only complaint so far is the shipping. I got it SUPER fast, which I didn't expect, but the box was open and one of the attachments was missing (the one shown next to my thumb on the box) as can be seen in the photos. The twist tie that holds the cord together looked as though it had also been undone, as if this may have been a returned hairdryer, hence the missing attachment. And it smelled like someone's perfume or baby powder when I first turned it on. 🤨 I may not use that attachment for myself, but I may want to use it on my daughters, and I did pay for all three attachments, so that was kind of a disappointment. I will let the seller know and hope to get a replacement. Otherwise, so far, this was a spectacular purchase and I'm excited to use it again and FINALLY have a dryer that doesn't fry my hair or frizz it out! Especially at such an amazing price! I have MS and sometimes just drying my hair can be exhausting, especially if it gets hot. This dryer is so lightweight and easy to use. I also love that it comes with a bag to keep it all in. All in all, I would totally recommend and would give it 5 stars if I'd gotten all the pieces! ... show more

Honestly the best hairdryer I have ever had until now. It's very affordable but it looks very fancy. The material is so soft to the touch. The heat does not burn ur hands even if it's on max which means it's very good for your hair. I have curly hair and this is the first hair dryer that I have that does not make my curls freezy. I love it. Also the costumer service is amazing. I got a promotion on the instructions manual that said to follow their Facebook page and they would send a free hair dryer holder. I did follow them and the person texted me asking if I needed anything and I mentioned the promotion and they did follow up with it.
