First and foremost you must have a drain available for this product. The ice is melting at bottom so drain is a must. Not a product fault as it is designed for continual ice harvesting. Have had some fault codes but they have went away.

This unit makes ice fast and I really like the size and shape of the cubes. Understand that this MUST be connected to a drain. It is an Ice maker, NOT a freezer. It is well insulated and will keep ice for a while but the ice will melt and drain. However, the unit makes ice so fast that it will always stay full. Overall very happy with the unit.     • Keeps Shutting Off

I like that it makes ice so quick, but it keeps shutting off. We bought it at the end of July 2020 and here it is November 2020 and it just keeps shutting off more and more. I hope I can get their customer service to help us with it. I paid a lot of money for this thing to be messing up already.
