The description 12 count, pack of 48 is very misleading. I have trusted the Band Aid brand for many years. One of my best childhood memories is of the “stuck on Band Aid” commercial. So when I went to purchase this to put in 48 care bags that I am putting together for a local homeless shelter, I like others here thought that I was getting 48 pks each containing 12 items. It is very misleading that the description would take an individually packaged product and combine the content amount of 4 individually package products to get to the total of 48. We are VERY disappointed in the misleading description of this item. We wanted to buy these in bulk to include in homeless packages. We ordered by mobile app and it said nothing about this being a 4 pack with 12 items in each which equals the 48 (for which we thought were 48 kits with 12 items in each.) It even said 52 cents per item. Who pays 52 cents for one bandaid? And who wants to pay over $6 for this crummy little kit? Definitely returning immediately and we'll have to find another source to help the homeless. Edit: And now we are told we are unable to return these. Over $6 for each kit. ... show more

A small first aid kit that is nice for purse/car. Case is a little large for the items it contains, but it allowed me add a few extra bandaids, and a small pill holder with asprin for my purse. We give away these at tradeshows and find them to a popular item. Others have made similar comments regarding it allows for a few more things to be added. Great price! ... show more

Extremely disappointed. When it says pack of 48 and price tag of $75, you expect a lot more. 4 mini kits was not what I was imagining being able to put in bags for the homeless. I was hoping to be able to help a lot more people. I suppose it was my fault for not reading all the FAQ questions. NOWHERE in the description did it say 4 mini packs.
