This chair is very uncomfortable; feels as if I am sitting on hard plastic. The armrests are hard plastic; not comfortable when resting just your elbows on them. The armrests do shift from normal positioning to left and right, which is also very uncomfortable as it shifts with very little effort. I am a fairly slim individual, and there is not much room left in the seat. Also has a very strong smell. After realizing that this would not be a comfortable chair for me to work in for eight hours everyday, I decided that I would be returning it to purchase something more comfortable. The shipping to return the product is not covered, and a postage stamp is needed, which is fine. Because the price of the shipping is dependent on the weight, the total cost to return the chair would've been $130, which is pretty close to the cost of the chair (currently $159), so I am now stuck with an uncomfortable chair. If you are looking to get this chair, please continue to look elsewhere as this is not a good option. ... show more

    • Not worth the price
First off it arrived with a dented speaker and a small gouge in the back of the chair like someone had stuck a knife through it. It isn't very comfortable I am a small girl but the sides dig into my hips and the seat is hard as a rock. I am 5 ish months into owning it and the material in the seat is already ripping. It is still very uncomfortable and I have taken to sitting on pillows to help. The speakers I only got to use twice before they stopped working. And again I am a small girl but it squeaks with the tiniest movement. At this rate I will never buy a gaming chair again. There are much more comfortable chairs out there for half the price. ... show more

Ordered package back in oct while I was prepping for a move. Finally opened the package today, and it appears it was completely open beforehand and then repackaged. Screws everywhere. Everything was in the package, three parts are already damaged. Two tears and a dented speaker.

    • Not suitable for 3 + hours sitting
Great look, nice feature about the blue tooth included to pair with your phone or computer. The down side is that the seat is hard as if you are sitting on wood. After 3 hours of being sitting there I started with a sharp pain on the hips and then a head ache for the rest of the day. I was wondering what the issue was for the first 3 days that I started using the chair. Then I decided to go back to my old char and no more hip pain or headache... def it is not ergonomic or made for sitting for a long period of time ... ... show more

the actual seat area is very small , maybe for a child , and the speakers in the chair are facing behind , they should be facing the in chair person , the arm rest , arms , they swivel , not sure why , every time you readjust yourself they move , not sure about why they do that , they should have a lock option . and the seat cushion all around is bad , my office chair from office depot was better price and far more comfortable and i was sent the wrong color lol , then to return i needed to pay the cost to exchange , sadness, never again ... show more
