What a great surprise this table is, I must say. I didn't have to worry about any customer demands because it is purely for personal usage. It's simple to set up, a suitable height for me to climb into (I'm 5'5"), and it felt VERY strong. It doesn't wobble when you walk around on it, and the foam cushioning is both soft and hard. It wasn't too tough to lift the headrest portion, but it was a little more challenging to lower it. The carry bag's wheels need to be attached, but all the accessories are there and are thoughtfully packaged. This is likely to keep everything safe throughout transportation. I loved it, I just had a Little issue at first, it wasn’t straight like the middle part wasn’t going flat but I was able to figure out what was wrong ! One of the strings was twisted from the bottom in the wrong direction and I was able to fix it!
