First off, the chair is extremely easy to assemble compared to other chairs. It was literally 5 steps. The chair provides such amazing comfort and support that it was the best decision I made when seeking a new chair for my work from home job where I'm in it for 8 hours straight (and a few extra more for gaming lol). I used to work at one of the biggest names in office supply retails and sold/assembled several office chairs. I can confidently say that this chair reminds me of some of their most expensive and bigger name brand chairs. This chair will easily overshadow others from the low to mid range chairs and STILL look like a great cost/performance alternative to the high end & expensive chairs made by big brand names. I got this chair as a replacement for my home office chair and let me tell you I am very impressed. First, very easy to put together. Second, looks very well put together and gorgeous. Third, comfortable and really supports your back with the high back and lumbar support. Fourth, seat is the right depth for me and the right amount of cushion. Fifth, the price is a steal in my opinion for the level of comfort this chair provides. I’m happy and my back is happy having to sit for 8 hours a day at work. I don't know why everybody sells chairs with those crappy wheels. This is no different. Why not just up the price and include good rubber casters? Who knows.. Idiotic The chairs is good and confortable, but plan on getting something to separate your butt from the base, otherwise you'll be wet after sitting for a bit. Easy assembly... I've owned this chair for a little over a year. Initially i was very comfortable with the purchase. Very easy to assemble and very nimble moving around my carpeted office. A year later, this chair is trash. It no longer holds it's position as the chair decreases in height. I'm not even sitting on it and can see it lowers itself. Its really annoying when it lowers itself during my virtual meetings. It's too bad as I was hoping this would have been a good value. I love love LOVE this chair! I've worked from home for 2 years and have had terrible seat choices that cause back pain and didn't want to invest in my health by getting a proper chair.
