Took about 8 days to ship to Indiana though I did order during the black Friday/cyber Monday sale so that probably is why mail took a bit longer. It seems like a solid chair. I'm 6'1" and weigh around 275 and the chair does just fine . The chair does have kinda a odd smell, hopefully that goes away soon, admittingly I just put the chair together a couple hours ago. Assembly wise all parts and hardware was included as well a Allen wrench and Phillips head screwdriver was included, so no other tools was needed. I did use my drill to speed things up but it took me around 30 min to assemble. Overall I would recommend the chair and now my cat has a big box to sit in for a few. 😀 ... show more

I do home health care, about 50% of my working hours are sitting and charting charting charting. So for 8 years now I've just plopped into a standard wooden dining chair, sat at our dining table, and worked. I didn't realize how frequently i was having to get up and walk away from work bc I was so uncomfortable. then it hit me - WHY???? have i been uncomfortable for 8 YEARS?? pulled the trigger on this "gaming chair" at my friends advice and I'M IN LOVE. what a difference. every feature seems to be fully adjustable and the seat pad is supportive, not cushy. my favorite part is the ability to recline the back just a notch and use the cervical support pad for my head/neck. GAME CHANGER. and i don't even play video games lol..... ... show more

This is the most comfortable chair I ever had. I always wanted to try some gaming chair and finally got this one! The color is so nice! I love the red and black combo. And the material is very nice and breathable! I especially love the neck rest. It’s great if you have any neck issue. It’s also good for back pain.     • Great looking chair, easy to assemble
Update after a few months: I ended up removing the lumbar pillow after a couple weeks. Never really found a good position that it was comfortable for me. I noticed that the arms aren’t quite even unless all the way down, not a huge deal just a very minor thing. Everything else has been holding up nicely. Overall I am still very pleased with the condition of the chair. Original review: Even with the shipping delays, the customer support was helpful in getting everything sorted out and delivered. Assembly was fairly easily, the only concern that I had was that it didn’t explain that some of the hardware comes pre-installed that you have to remove and the use of the washers was never specified on the instructions. Other than those fairly minor complaints it was a breeze. It’s comes packaged very securely, and did not find any sort of damaged or missing parts. Which some reviews I had read I was a little concerned that this was going to be a possibility. I have yet to use this chair for more than an hour so or but so far I am more than pleased with the comfort and adjustability of everything on this chair. ... show more

Pros: 1. Easy to assemble. 2. Nice design. 3. High quality PU leather. 4. Tall backrest. 5. Comfortable for someone who 6ft 2in 200 lbs. Cons: 1. Armrests are too low. If they could be 1 inch taller in the max elevation, they would be great. 2. Chair feels narrow in the thighs. If the main sitting pillow could be just 0.5-1 wider, that would be perfect. Missing nice-to-haves: Armrest shape could be better. Ditch-like surface would be better than flat armrest surface. It's a shame to give such a great chair 4 stars, but the cons mentioned above are really annoying. I hope vendor will make adjustments, so the new buyers can get a perfect chair. ... show more

    • Very Nice, Affordable Chair...minus the armrests
This chair was a major upgrade for me. Lumbar support and headrest are very nice. They took some getting used to, as this is my first time using these features, but comfortable. Adjustability is adequate for my desk. I was worried about it not sitting low enough with the armrests to be able to slide completely under my desk when not in use, but it does this just fine. I have the Red/White flavor of this chair, and I absolutely love the color. It is vibrant without being overbearing, and fits my color scheme perfectly. The wheels I can't comment on, due to the fact this chair in on carpet. I will eventually swap these with rollerblade wheels. My only complaint would be the armrests themselves. They are a bit narrow under my forearms, and they just feel very cheap. They look premium, but they are not. There is a lot of "slop" (I guess) in the adjustments. They tend rotate in or out when you don't want them to. This happens a lot when adjusting myself in the seat, and getting in/out of the chair. The rotation "locking in" sound is very loud. The up/down adjustment works okay, except when going to the tallest setting. One side doesn't always lock in and ends up being lower than the other. I would prefer if the armrest were a bit wider, with tighter and quieter adjustments. Maybe throw in some good wheels and this could absolutely sell for $200. ... show more
