Ideal bookcase for small spaces. Easy to build and looks nice once finished. Only complaint is that I think the company might have changed manufacturers recently. We purchased 1 bookcase in January and 1 in February with no issues. They match perfectly. However, when we purchased the 3rd this month (April) and it's slightly different. The color is just a bit darker as well as it being about half an inch taller. It's not a huge difference but it does look a bit odd if you are grouping the book cases together (see picture. far left bookcase is the newest compared to other 2 from a few months ago). Overall a great bookcase just beware if you purchased the older version this new one may not line up perfectly. ... show more

I purchased 2, it was very easy to put together and it was great for the area I needed it. Even though it occupies little space, it actually holds a lot. One of the towers was broken (see pic) and I already went to the process to replace, the other one is on the way for later this week. The return process was also very easy to go through. Overpriced for what it is. The finish is not great. It was packaged pretty well. Fairly easy to assemble. Finishing screws on the back we’re annoying. Not in love with it, but it works in the space where I need it. The stickers look stupid and don’t match the paint, but it was that or the bare screws. There is some gapping. The shelves only have preset placements so unlike many bookshelves, you are very limited in what you can do. There are several inch gaps between main anchor shelves and where the additional adjustable ones can go. If you have a few more inches, I’d just get the smaller Billy bookcase. I didn’t quite have enough room for the smaller one next to my big one. I wish I did, but I’m about 3 inches short on room. Not worth the hassle of returning when this will work how I need it to for now. Could be so much better though & kind of a letdown. ... show more

I was able to put this fully together by myself in about 45 minutes. It was very easy, but I was missing one of the little pegs for one of the shelves. I wish the number stickers were put in places where they wouldn’t be seen, but not a big deal. I really like how everything fits so well together and the little stickers that match the pattern to cover up the screws on the outside are so cute! You don’t even notice them, they blend in really well. I got this with a coupon and like another reviewer stated, the cost for shipping is totally worth it. I have nothing negative to say about this shelf! I added pictures to include the inside dimensions of the shelves because I tried to find them before purchasing, but couldn’t locate any reviews that included them. The dimensions I included are with each shelf in the middle of each section. The inside shelves are adjustable in height and can even be removed to have more space if needed.
