This roof rack is well-designed, and sturdy, and is the perfect upgrade for my Toyota 4Runner. It was received in good condition, but it wasn't until it was fully installed that it became apparent that one of the feet was out of alignment. This distortion is likely a manufacturing defect (not damaged in shipping). This results in a small gap at the space between the rack and roof, which cannot be adjusted to fit, and could allow water to get beneath the foot and possibly leak into the vehicle through the roof attachment. I don't want to uninstall and return the entire rack just yet, so I unsuccessfully tried to contact the Chinese seller to ask for advice or a replacement foot. Beware that while this is a good rack, it may lack the desired manufacturing quality controls, and the customer service to remedy any problems. ... show more

I ordered this rack for my (23) 4Runner and it was delivered on time and packaged well. Material seems like good quality other than the connection piece which is made of thin plastic. So if your looking for a cheaper option for a rack but still wanting something that looks good this is a good option for you. Now on to the negatives…. This came with zero instructions!!! which made it extremely difficult to put together. With no luck reaching out to the manufacturer, and having to rely on google and YouTube for help, it took much longer than expected. This product also came with missing parts which was extremely frustrating due to having to go buy parts just to get it installed. ... show more
