I purchased this machine and received one tracking number from Amazon and was confused because when I tracked it, the package seemed to be circling California. I reached out to the seller and received a response from Jessica at ER KANG within a few hours. She explained that because the packages are heavy, it was necessary for them to send three parcels in total. She emailed me all three tracking numbers, and actually tracked them for me as well to ensure I received them all without being asked! All three packages arrived when ER KANG said they would, everything in each box was packaged solidly, I found no scratches or dents on anything sent. All the necessary parts and hardware was included, not one missing item! The instructions state it is best to have more than one person to assemble, (which would definitely be a bonus), however I didn’t have anyone available when it arrived and was able to assemble it solo in a little under 8 hours. Unlike many fitness products ER KANG provided enough hardware so that a washer could be placed on both the bolt head and nut side of each bolt. In addition, the material was more solid than I expected and not one piece of metal was dented despite the fact I tightened all of the non pulley bolts to the extreme. Pull up and dip bars are great, and provide a number of position options. The cables were fairly easy to assemble. One great design feature is that with the cable configuration, the right and left cables can be used together or individually. You can do low rows on the left side and have tricep push downs set up on the right. ER KANG also intentionally left the bolts that attach to the pulley wheels on the “loose” side so you don't have to loosen tight bolts, string the cable, then have to re-tighten them. I used a socket on one side and a circular wrench on the other which made tightening the bolts very quick. One helpful tip, make a copy of the parts list page of the manual so you don't need to flip back and forth. Great quality, versatility and value for the money.     • Clear instructions for assembly, sturdy, and great materials
We purchased this cage for our home gym. The space is in a medium sized room with a treadmill so it fits, but not a lot of space. Be aware that this product only comes with the cage. You must purchase weighted plates and bar separately. My husband and son couldn't wait to load the bar up with 255lbs of plates. Also, purchase the bench separate. It is extremely helpful when bench pressing. I totally recommend this equipment. One small hiccup, but the seller quickly rectified the issue. My box was damaged in transit and a few of the connection pieces were lost. I contacted the seller and they were extremely helpful and sent the missing pieces immediately. They did ask for pictures of the boxes to determine where the problem originated. ... show more

    • A solid squat rack with an OK Pulley System

Pros - the rack is sturdy - has about everything I need to cover most of my exercises Cons - instructions are pretty bad. Some of the pulley rollers weren't screwed in and the instructions didn't cover that. Pieces where there is a left and right could be more clearly marked - there is alot of space between the mounting holes. Which means that for some exercises, the safety bar is too low too low to be effective or too high to get full range of motion. - the screw holes have enough play that if you don't square the corners as you tighten it, it'll be slanted. See picture. Despite the cons, this rack is solid and I see myself using it for awhile. Tip: spray some silicone lubricant on the pulley guide rods to reduce alot of the friction and make the cables slide alot more smoothly ... show more

Decent for the price. The packaging is cheap so the majority of the items showed up with dents and scratches, and multiple pieces were missing or broken upon arrival. Fortunately their customer service is really good and they quickly sent out the missing/broken pieces. I would have given 5 stars if the cables system was better. The rails and connection that the cable weights run up and down are pretty cheap so the weights get stuck and stay suspended unless I have a minimum of 40-lbs loaded on ... show more

    • Everything I need except good directions
As the title says, this is a good product. I received it on time and it wasn’t damaged at all. The directions were more of a figure it out yourself with minimal steps. Still, it took my girlfriend and I about 2 hours. So nothing crazy. I’ve used it for a week now and it has been great. No complaints. Most I’ve put on is just 185 but it’s held up no issues. For $700 I think it’s worth it. Beats waiting around at a gym for equipment ... show more
