The company behind the machine is very attentive, they reply pretty fast to inquiries, and go above and beyond to answer any questions, we had a question about the instructions and Mikolo sent us all the information pretty quickly and contacted us back to ensure that we had all the answers needed. The gym arrived via FedEx in three separate boxes that weigh about 130lbs each. Everything was exceptionally well packaged, and I did not have a single damaged part. Assembly is straightforward and takes one person about 4 hours, though this would obviously be faster if you have a friend to help. You’ll need a socket set and some Allen wrenches to assemble. The kit includes some basic wrenches that will work, but they’re not the greatest quality. Also if you have an electric ratchet that will speed the process along considerably. One thing I really liked is that the hardware for assembly (nuts and bolts) was all individually packaged to correspond with each step in the instructions. That definitely helps with keeping things organized. They also included an odds & ends package of extra bolts and washers just in case you lose or damage any during installation. I thought that was a nice touch. I’ve only worked out on the unit a few times since I got it built, but I can say it’s very solid. There is very little movement when doing exercises and I feel safe using all the features. Overall I would definitely recommend this gym for the price. Just make sure to measure and ensure you have the space for it because it is quite large. ... show more

Easy to put together, takes a little time, but clear instructions. This is a good machine for beginners and intermediate users. I wouldn't recommend for someone who is transitioning to advance or an advance user. In my youth, I would have destroyed this machine in a month. Like my last machine, t he welds are light (I broke the welds on my last machine) but the torque distribution should counter any weak welds. The bar slide is smooth and works well, the lat bar slide not as smooth, but does the job. The cables are to long, roughly 14 inches to long. Need to hook one side lower or higher to take up excess slack if using one side of the cable, need to stand further back if using both, tends to change the angle resulting in a little different muscle set or subset. Over all, happy with the machine and expect it will work well for someone who is older and staying in the intermediate range for the foreseeable future. ... show more

I really liked this product at first. I don't lift that heavy. I only have about 300 lbs of weights and I never used over 220 lbs on the machine. After about 5 months, the bar started to bind, and you could not rack the weights using the hooks. I contacted the company through Amazon and they asked for pictures. I sent pictures and they said someone would get back to me. After three days, I called. No answer. I sent an email. After two days, still no answer. ... show more

I don't often write reviews but I will say that although the delivery took a little longer, I'm very impressed with a packaging. The equipment was package very meticulously. I was worried that some parts or tools were missing, but everything was as expected. Everything was labeled which made it so much easier to put it together. The directions were easy to follow. Although I already had some accessoriies it's nice to have extra plus there was extra locking clips because one could never have enough. The equipment is very sturdy and pulley system is smooth. I still need to figure out the weight of the smith machine bar and pulley ratio. The only drawback is that for the cable it only goes low to the certain degree. It doesn't go all the way down as you would see in the gym, so to do for example kickbacks or any isolated glute workout your range of motion will hit different. Also same for smith machine if you want to perform hip thrust the range of motion at the bottom is limited. I still have to put together the dip and safety bar. Machine is useful, easy to construct, and a solid choice to replace a gym membership. However, the machine has faults. The weight holders on the side bend when storing weights; the cable line rubs against the stored weights when used because the line placement is poorly designed; when doing pull-ups, the smith bar is near the athlete due to poor design; lastly, the cable wheel holders do not withstand heavy weights well; they bend open when releasing the cable ball. Altogether, I’m happy I purchased the product, but wish future designs were constructed for an avid lifter. My wife and I have both been lifting weights for a few years and we needed an upgrade in the variety of exercises we could do at home. The cable system + smith machine + all the accessories make this an absolutely awesome machine, especially for the price! We’ve been using it for a few weeks and it’s been a game-changer for our home workouts. If you’re open to an off-brand that’s not Rogue, this is your best bet. For 1/4 the price it’s made of the exact same steel, and looks great with the red accent! The size is perfect, doesn’t take up too much space in our home gym, but isn’t crammed either when you’re using it. Overall, we’ve been super pleased with this machine.
