Heats up well and feels to be well constructed. It does have some heft to it. I've steamed about 10-15 items so far. Like the options on it ie a bit of steam, a lot and the option for constant steam. You'll probably be glad you spent the extra dollars on it.

Did a good job of removing wrinkles from difficult materials. Pro & con-Has a great flow of steam/uses up the water supply very quickly. Refilling water supply a bit awkward but can be made easy by using a funnel.

This came nicely packaged in a beautiful box. Very easy to use and quickly steams out my linen sheets and pillow cases. I use another well known name brand before and it would leaked and spill all over. This puts out the perfect amount of steam without spills whether laying flat or upright.

Easily the best hand steamer we've owned. I use mine every day and it is easy and effective. Of course, you're supposed to use distilled water and you really should. I use water from our reverse osmosis drinking water system with a tds of about 10 and we have not had any calcium build up issues. Tap water will ruin it, like any other water heating system. I won't go into it, but I have many years of experience with water treatment and heating systems. It's not a flaw of the system, it's a flaw of your water and plain physics. I can only blame myself for not reading the entire description. This is not portable, it’s handheld. What wanted was something actually portable that’s not tethered to an electric socket. However, I am pleased with its performance. But having to use it in an upright position makes it challenging to remove wrinkles unless you use a hood for a clothes hanger in order to have a flat surface for wrinkled clothes ... show more

Ok. Let me start by saying that I don’t iron my clothes. I have been recently interested in wearing fabrics that do wrinkle so … if I don’t want to look like a complete disaster I need some sort of wrinkle smoothing. I just used the steamer for the first time and my silk shirt that was a wrinkled mess now looks amazing. I’m not great with an iron so this would have taken me 10 minutes with all of the turning and finding the seam to make sure the creases are in the right place., and fixing the creases that I made with the iron. Once the steamer was warm (which only took a minute or so) I steamed the shirt in less than 2 minutes and that was with the learning curve on how to use the steamer. I’m so excited! I’m not going to look like a mess! I would recommend this steamer to anyone. I think it would be great for travel. It is not too heavy. Just buy it. You will thank me later. ... show more
