I’m a super crafty person, but I’ve never tried my hands at miniatures. I saw this and thought it was so cute, so I took a chance on it, and the final product was worth it! The packaging was great, all the pieces were there and clearly labeled, and the instructions took you step by step. There was a learning curve for the skills necessary, but I caught on quickly and managed to do just fine in my opinion. I’m pretty proud of it, and my kids loved watching it come to life as I progressed. The hanging light is my favorite part, and my one kid likes the bookshelf handles, and the other likes the little seed packets. It’ll take about 1-2 weeks to put together, and make sure to have a dedicated space for it to hang out during that time. ... show more

Item arrived a day earlier than expected and seems to have some weight to it, so it feels like it’s a quality set. The pictures are beautiful, and it even has a light that can be lit up inside!! I purchased a similar type of set a year or so ago that I really enjoyed putting together with my daughter (who was 10 at the time). That particular set was comparable in size but was somewhere in the $50-75 range, so I was happy to see how affordable this one was.
