I LOVE my old albums, I not all uppity and vinyl the best and all that crap but every album represents a memory of when I bought it and what I was doing then.I have cassettes I bought and ones I made again serious memories! And this bad boy plays them all as well as flash drives and or sc cards. Its old and new like me. Wish it had a bit more volume but listening to loud music is what is hampering my hearing now.Lol. I liked the size of the system, as it was easy to find the perfect spot for it. It's great that it has multiple music functions ... record/cassette/CD/radio. Sound is okay. One thing I didn't like is that the cassette doesn't have a rewind button. Other than that, I'm pretty happy with the purchase ... great price too! ... show more

I am so glad I made this purchase. I needed a digital copy of a 12" album that is a recording of a speech given by a deceased family member. At first, I had trouble getting a 12 inch album to sit flat. I almost returned it, but instead I contacted tech support. They were very responsive and the solution was so simple. All I had to do when placing the record, was to tilt it slightly toward the singing arm, and then place the record flat after it is installed in place.     • Awesome Multifunctions!
I am so pleased with the DIGITNOW Record Player with its awesome multifunctions. I was shopping for a device that not only had a turntable to play records but also could play CDs. The other functions of tape and SD cards, etc., were not as important for my purchase, as I do not plan to convert my music to my computer (at least at this stage). But it is cool that this device can do that! I really wanted this device for playing both vinyl and CDs of my favorite music without having to buy two separate devices. I also was excited for it to have a radio feature too. Upon using the device, one thing I love is its size. It is really compact, so it does not dominate your room. It fits perfectly on my small side table. Also, a lot of the other similar combo devices like this by other brands actually violate the California Proposition 65 safety warnings about materials that are unsafe for us, and this device does not use unsafe products, which was a big reason I purchased it. The only critique I have and why this is 4/5 stars is, as other reviewers mentioned, the sound quality of the speakers is good, but not amazing. For the price and the combo features, it meets what I was expected. I am using the mic input to connect to some external speakers, which is making the sound quality great. It would also work with bluetooth. I think one design feature to improve this would be to have R and L hookups on the back of this (like DIGITNOW has on some models), so that would up the sound quality for folks who want a bit more than the build-in speaker. Overall, I am happy with this purchase, and I recommend it so far. I will update this review to see how it does after a few months. ... show more

    • Where is the bass???
There are two issues I’ve identified with this items so far. The first is the sound quality. You would think as many features they included, they would have considered sound quality. There is very little, if any, bass. And it cannot be adjusted. I’m literally listening to funk music with no bass. It’s a travesty!! The second issue is it’s too compact, making listening to albums a little challenging. The arm is too close to the turntable, so have to maneuver the album to go under the arm rest in order for it to lay flat. If these two issues didn’t exist, it would have been awesome. Now if I can just find something to play my 8-tracks with. ... show more
