I bought this in hoping of hidding it under my shirts and making it look normal but the 2 metal bars in the back stick out like the is a big hum on my back. Its not really good for hiding it under your clothes, also if you do buy it i would like to reccomend you go for a smalller size as i went for a XL and it does hang lose a little on the waste and i feel like it needs to be pushed tighter on the waste, also the straps dont have mush space to velcro next to each other so they have to go ontop of each other. After washing it twice and drying it in my washer and dryer the strong smell improved; After two days in the sun and then I was able to try it. A little uncomfortable under her arms, but it works well. I gave it 4 stars for all the work I had to do to get it tested. I recommend it with that caveat.
