I am so angry with this product because it does the opposite of what it offers, the glass of my car had a small spot from a stone on the road and I quickly wanted to solve it so I found this product that offered the solution to my problem, in two I had it in my hand for days, I followed the instructions to the letter but when I placed the suction cups and the tube where the liquid is placed I could see that cracks were starting to appear around the point, damaging the glass even more now I will definitely have to change the Complete glass, this product is a total failure, it made the point turn into cracks that will get bigger and bigger. ... show more

I’ve had this type of work done professionally usually in the 50-75 dollar range. First two pictures are before and after the third is an after of a bullseye with two cracks beginning to radiate. Ensure you make good alignment and repeat the injection 3-4 times ensuring you allow it to remain one minute each time to ensure the resin permeates properly. If your crack is bigger than a dime I would advise against using this as your results will not be decent. Also these repairs will not be flawless even when professionally done light will always refract differently on resin filled areas. Overall though this product yields terrific results for the price if you do your deligence. ... show more

I followed the directions but the small (1/2 inch) crack certainly didn’t disappear. The suction cup mechanism that comes with the product is supposed to cause the resin to be forced into the crack or chip in your windshield. It didn’t do that and was not very helpful. The product comes with 4 containers of resin but it really cant be reused as it dries quickly in the suction cup thing. Also, 2 of the 4 resin containers contained partially dry and chunky resin. I ended up just squeezing out the resin over the crack and covering with the plastic, allowing it to dry and scraping iff the excess. My new car got a small star shaped chip (size of a dime) in the lower corner of the windshield. I called a windshield repair shop and because of the location of the crack, he couldn't repair it. I researched fixing it myself and purchased the repair kit. My husband and I read the instructions and worked together. While pushing the fluid into the crack, I heard my windshield crack more! I was shocked to find two long cracks on either side of the original star crack. Yikes! Now I will have to replace the entire windshield. ... show more

I gave it 2 stars because indeed covers the chip but, only what is right beneath the funnel , the resin doesn’t go anywhere in the cracks, isn’t enough pressure with this plastic system.

the suction cup base sits too close to the windshield so that the applicator will not thread and form a seal. Even if you jury rig it it won't hold and when I thought to just hand hold it and force it the "resin" wasn't sealed and I'd swear it had been replaced with oil as all I got was a slick mess that did not cure. now I'm off to a car supply shop to buy a name brand kit. waste of my time and money. ... show more

Bought this because it was highly rated. Opened the package and three of the four resin bottles were not sealed properly and were completely dry. Tried to add pictures but my phone won't add them. Never buy this product again!
