This brace is the best I've found for the money. Its strong, supportive and adjusts easily. As others have stated, it does ride up a bit on top when you are sitting, but I think that happens mostly when you have a large lower abdomen pushing it up onto a smaller waist which is honestly unavoidable. I have wider hips and the fit is great for the most part. The only issue I have with it is that it rides up. Other than that it performs very well. It's a good price for a back brace and it helped with my back pain greatly.

Im 5'2 roughly 245 ish lbs and this fit great with some room to spare. When I had it on, I wasn't sure it was doing much. However, as soon as I took it off I could tell a huge difference. Its really great to wear when walking longer distances or on days I know I'm going to be standing for long periods. I got this to help my back so I can take the dogs for walks. I’m little over 6’ and well over 400lbs. It really helped my back. It’s not a weight lifting belt it’s not really heavy duty but it’s very comfortable to wear and you can’t see it under my shirt. I wear it for walks and backyard work like mulch and trimming branches. I really notice it helped me stay active longer. I’m down 50lb and I think this belt helped me be able to do the work. This brace felt good for maybe five minutes, but then I realized that it rides up when you sit down and it’s pretty hard around your waist. Therefore, it is not comfortable at all to me.
