This works up a great lather and really works tough and very old stains. The end scrubber is very effective and convenient. I like the bristles attached and the process of getting the foam out is easy. I have run into the foam being pushed and sitting on the edges of the bristle brush and it is not the easiest to wipe it back onto the carpet to use. So, some of the foam kind of goes to waste. This product is great. I have no issue there. I do have an issue with shipping. I ordered this product and one can came with the scrubber detached. I cannot get it back on the can. Now maybe a strong man could get it back on but I cannot. Now here is the problem since this is considered hazardous it cannot be returned so I have no help with this issue. 1. Now I have spent money and cannot use product 2. No return. Better shipping needs required on products that cannot be returned. ... show more

    • Hate how the foam comes out
Messy! You press the button and the foam oozes out everywhere on and around the scrubbing head rather than coming out in a directional spray/ stream. This messy application makes it very hard to focus where you want the cleaner to go. So you’re constantly cleaning up drips and drops. This extremely messy arrangement dismisses the effectiveness - the foam itself is great at erasing the nastiest of stains but I used it on my sofa and loveseat and because the applicator- spray is so incredibly messy I had dirty streaks where I missed getting foam. I’m not generally one to write reviews, mostly because I can’t be bothered but also because I know nobody cares what I think anyway. But this stuff works so well I needed to say it anyway. We have 2 cats, one of whom’s favorite hobby is stealing food from our dinner plates/the stove/the sink/the garbage and eating it, then promptly throwing it back up elsewhere in the house. Truly doing Satan’s work…ever picked up the ham from a Lunchable after it’s been eaten whole, partly digested, and then re-distributed elsewhere in the house? It’s not much fun. Combine that with two kids who still think their garbage throws itself away, rendering them putting anything in the trash impossible…bad combo. Needless to say, we’ve been through a LOT of carpet cleaners over the years as Chef Spew-r-Dee works her magic. I can honestly say that this stuff is heads and shoulders above them all. The bristles on the brush as firm enough to actually work; they do a great job pulling the, um, more-solid things out of the carpet. The cleaner shoots right where you want it. All but the toughest of stains vanish almost instantly, and even then a second round a while later takes care of what was left. It has bested everything from pizza to spaghetti to egg rolls to macaroni and cheese…the list goes on. Buy this stuff, you won’t be upset that you did. ... show more
