I'm a dude and an engineer and I've ironed almost all of my clothes for decades. Mom taught me as a teenager and I iron circles around my wife. And as an engineer, I've been frustrated with a LOT of irons over the years, both at home and in hotels. After a month of having it, I'm happy with this iron and it's working well for me. I really like the controls location and wouldn't have bought it if they were under the handle like some irons. It's wicked fast heating up, too. Some people gripe about the lighting colors but I don't care. I'm looking at the screen to tell me how I've set it, and as soon as I hear that beep it's go-time. The only downsides are the cord which is 8 feet long and I'd like a foot or two more (but that's me), and as many note, the water port is small, but so it the spout on the little pitcher to fill it. As an engineer, I know they could've made the opening wider and there was no reason to make it small. Still I can fill it with water just fine, every time. Protip: steam is the critical secret to almost all ironing and seeing how many hotel irons are bone dry world wide, most people don't know that. It's also just a tad heaver than most, but nothing to write home about. I've kept it, so that says something. ... show more

    • It beeps every 30 seconds when ironing flat fabric
I purchased this iron about a month ago. I like how quickly it heats up and maintains the temperature. However, I am a quilter and iron yardage of fabric to make a quilt. It beeps every 30 seconds unless you set it upright which gets a little frustrating when you are ironing several yards of flat fabric. Apparently even though I am constantly moving the iron, it thinks that it is sitting still, which is not the case. I would not recommend this iron for quilters, but it would work well for ironing garments, in which case, one would set it up about every 30 seconds to move the garment. ... show more

This iron is perfect! Even on Linen clothes, it does a great job! The only negative is that if you need to get ready early while somebody is sleeping it beeps once to let you know it's on and if you set it according to your fabric it will let you know by another beep when it reaches that temperature. But that's a minor thing. It's really nice! It irons smoothly. It makes your clothes look like you just pick it up from the cleaners! ... show more

My main problem was finding an iron that did not leak. I have a clothing business and use this daily. I want to invest in the large steam station iron one day but for now this seems to be great. I hope it stays that way! It’s a heavy iron a little. Not too bad but if you have problems lifting this might be on the heavier side for you. It’s not terribly heavy but I like a bit of weight because it irons better and is usually a sign of quality. So far I’m happy. I like the easy settings with the up down digital display. If you want a easy to use iron that puts out lots of steam this is the one. Shuts off automatically and has a easy to read digital display. The only thing I can maybe say they can improve on is the size of the water hole for the steam. Its a bit on the smaller size . This would not stop me from purchasing this iron. ... show more

Update - The customer service is excellent, I talked to them, and they offered to either refund, or replace, I opted to replace it, as we were happy with the product. We bought this press in Nov 2022. Worked fine until the day it didn’t. Now when I turn it on, it just beeps and displays an error. It was gently used. I hope they will replace it.
