After shopping around online and at local places- Lowe’s, I found this fire table. I read the reviews and clicked purchase. It comes in less expensive than its comparable tables, is easy to put together and is sturdy, easy to light, the end result is a warm beautiful glow. Putting it together was pretty easy. We hit a snag and there was a defect in the metal corner where one of the tile tops went, and it wouldn’t fit until we shaved it down (with a metal nail file) and it worked. The igniter switch has to be pressed a few times to get it going, but once lit it Emits a lot of heat even on low setting. The table doesn’t come with the glass surround, I didn’t purchase it but the items around the table can get pretty warm. I also recommend the cover accessory you can buy that fits this specific firepit if it will be exposed to rain. I definitely recommend. Overall product is nice! ... show more

The product was delivered quickly and in good condition. All the pieces were easy to assemble and went together fairly easy. We also purchased the glass wind deflector and everything is amazing! Perfect size, love the blue glass rocks, nice heat, and looks great on our deck! The only negative feedback I could give is that more of the rocks would have been nice as they don't cover the metal bowl on the bottom so we will likely need to buy more if we can find the same color. ... show more

It took me about an hour and a half to put this together. A second pair of hands would have helped at times. The instructions were clear and very easy to follow. I took the advice of others and got the wind shield and am very happy that I did. This fire pit looks gorgeous on my patio and gives off a good amount of heat. I love the tiles around the fire. They are real tiles and give some weight to the fire pit, which is a plus. No wind is moving it. When my cousin saw it, she immediately ordered one. Pretty decent fire pit. Works as advertised, i like the cover and the glass rocks. Pretty easy to assemble. Metal is a little flimsy for the cost but seems to be overall robust.

We received this, and my hubs immediately unboxed it and put it together. We had known the approximate delivery date, so we had gotten our propane tank filled and ready to hook in. It was easy to put everything together, and we placed it on our screened porch. It perfectly matched our black rattan table and chairs. We fired it up, and could immediately feel the warmth it put out. It cast a warm blue glow inside the porch as well. Had another like this that always gave me trouble starting it. I believe it was a different brand but was very similar except it had a plaster, fake tile top that ended up disintegrating after about 2 years outside under my patio. Repainted it and got it looking ok for another 3 years until to plaster top started to fall apart. Time for another. Saw this one had wood grain real tile top that was easily replaceable and decided to give it a try. Other than the top it is nearly identical to the first one. Goes together easy with just a screwdriver, however I used two screwdrivers as some screws required a number 2 philips and other larger screws for the legs really need a number 3 but a number 2 would work in a pinch if you don't have the larger one. Make sure you don't tighten the leg screws until all else is tightened to make sure it is all aligned and straight. Took about an hour to assemble but I took my time and used hand tools to not strip any screw threads out. Now for the really good part. The thing lit on nearly the first tick! I used to have to work for 10 minutes to get the other one lit but not this one. Also the glass beads are beautiful and quite large. They need to include about 25% percent more so I bought a few more to add to them. Not it looks full. Only issue I had is the sticker over the igniter cover was impossible to get off but a little WD40 took care of that :) Buy it! ... show more

I purchased this item after spending a considerable amount of time reading reviews posted by verified buyers. I deducted one star from easy to assemble. You have to pay very close attention to detail when assembling and, although I got it right the first time, it would have been easier had the assembly pictures been larger. Pay close attention when assembling the legs to the holes and directions they're pointing. One of the reasons I selected this fire pit was consistency when people referred to the good customer service provided. I couldn't get the pit to light but it turned out to be pilot error on my part. Just make sure you hold the ignition setting down for a few seconds and it'll light right up. Initially I was frustrated when calling them to get this problem resolved over the phone. When I called the message was to call back when during normal working hours which are announced on the recording. Funny thing is that I was calling during the designated hours listed. Called back again and got the same message. Told my wife of my frustration and just then it was customer service calling me back although there's no way to leave a message. Imagine that! I had to eat my words (but this isn't the first time). Regardless, Jessica told me they were down to two people handling the calls. It mattered not to me as she had called right back, resolved my issue and I am very happy to leave a glowing review for this company. Sat out there tonight with the pit and am extremely happy. Just make the diagrams a bit larger is my only recommendation, be sure to keep the button depressed for a few seconds and you're off and running.
