This KVM switch is a perfect fit for our hybrid work environment. We have two 1080p ASUS monitors, a HP compact form desktop, and alternate between Dell and HP laptops. The KVM switches within seconds between the connected devices. The extended display from the laptops uses 3 displays (perfect!).

Works well now. Initially had problems with one monitor not wanting to wake up and flickering. It turned out to be the HDMI cable provided was temperamental. I replaced it and so far ever since it has worked great. Using it with a Mac mini and Surface Laptop 4. Works great with my dual monitors. Only issue I have to figure out is sometimes one of my USB devices needs to be reset by plugging and unplugging. I think it may be trying to mount to soon after switching.     • Perfect for Samsung Dex!

This KVM works perfect for me for Samsung Dex. It included a bunch of cables and everything you need. I use my phone for work as a BYOD device. I can only access work resources via my phone, which makes it difficult at times to complete work. With Samsung Dex, I can access my work apps as if I was using a full PC. This KVM makes that task easy. I can switch from my regular desktop, connect my phone and instantly use my phone's PC mode with my monitors, keyboard and mouse. It works amazingly. The built in power also charges the phone at the same time.The KVM has a bunch of USB ports, a card reader and dual monitor support. There are a few cons: *The front USB ports are 2.0, so if you want to connect a 3.0 USB flash drive, you have to connect it on the back of the unit. *I could not get the DisplayPort side of the unit working at all. I had to use HDMI -- not a big deal. This might just be a compatibility issue with my desktop video card. *The built in ethernet adapter was wreaking havoc on my network switch. I found if I had this KVM connected to my ethernet, it would crash the switch every hour or so and I would have to restart it. Not a big deal for me, as that would only had ethernet to my phone, and my phone's wifi is sufficient. Additionally, the ethernet would show network activity even when not using it -- a little strange. Regardless, the ethernet only works on the 'laptop' side of the KVM and I just disconnected it. ... show more

By my measurements the unit size is approximately 5-1/2 Inches x 3-1/2 Inches x 2 Inches. No Warranty or Customer Support Contact information included with Kit. In the pictures, a Panel diagram has identifiers of all ports available. But at the top of the list for me are SD, Headphone Jack, LAN AND DUPLICATE Ports all contained in this small box. Originally I was going to use in one location to add my laptop but due to small size I have found it convenient to move from one Desktop location to second Desktop location. I leave the Laptop cables attached with duplicate cables on the second Desktop. The small size footprint of the box fits underneath both monitors in my application. Recommended…. I have been using this docking station for home and office use and it works really well. I have docking stations from other reputed brands as well but they always give me trouble switching between different systems and monitors but this one works perfectly. Now, I'm able to switch between my office laptop and home pc with a press of a single button. Both the attached 4K monitors flickers for a second and displays the image correctly. Comes with plenty of USB A and USB C ports. The build quality is excellent and the docking station itself is somewhat heavy. Initially I had trouble setting it up because it does not act as a splitter and I had to use a dvi and hdmi cable from my pc for the output to be displayed on 2 monitors. Reading the manual helped a lot and I would suggest buyers to do the same beforehand otherwise they might also run into trouble setting it up. Needs an external power source to work. I noticed that the USB A ports stops working randomly for some reason and wont let me charge my mouse.
