I purchased this car charger five years ago, and it’s been excellent. It’s lasted through two or three iPhones. Just recently, it stopped working. That’s quite a long time for a car charger to last I figured, so I decided to see if the same one was still available. When I found the product page, I realized that this thing is backed by a lifetime warranty! After so many years, I wasn’t sure if my old charger would be covered or if that offer was still valid. I contacted the seller of the charger through Amazon and they responded back very quickly, and let me know that it was indeed still active. They didn’t ask me to return the non-working charger, they just asked for a couple pics showing that the charger was not charging my phone. I sent them the pics, and they had a new one on its way to me the same day! I got it in just a couple days. I was already happy with the life that I had gotten from the charger, but I am really impressed with the excellent customer support! I love this charger. I work out of my car and often in rural areas. Sometimes after I’ve let my kids use my car, I’d spend the next day abruptly stopping work to find a descent store to buy a usb cord for my iPad or phone. My kids kept taking my usb cords out of my car and forgetting to put back leaving me with just a car charger. This device has just stopped the foolishness.
