    • Great battery pack, but the 3rd one I bought doesn’t work

Update 6/5: Anker sent me a replacement battery pack for the one that doesn’t work! Customer service was beyond exceptional! Thank you so much, I will continue to use only Anker products! I loved this battery pack so much that I bought 3 to carry around but the 3rd one I bought doesn’t work. The battery charges to the full amount but when I plug it into my phone, it doesn’t charge. The 2 other one’s that I bought previously still work perfectly!! I don’t know if the most recent one is a defective one or something but it doesn’t charge my phone. These battery packs are super lightweight and small enough to carry around when i’m creating video content for clients. I love how it isn’t bulky when you’re using it, so it makes it easy for me to charge while recording videos as the same time! ... show more

Update: customer service is amazing, they reached out almost immediately regarding my product. I was able to get a replacement with in 7 days. I am able to enjoy the portability and easy use of this product once more. ******************* Original: I love all my anker products and I was hoping to love this one as well. The portability of this device was the reason I bought it, It is small and compact which means it is great for work or when running errands. it worked amazingly, up until a few weeks ago, then it stopped working completely. Doesn’t work when directly plugged in or when using a usb c to lightning cable. So now it’s pretty much no use to me, which is unfortunate since it was so handy to have in my bag. ... show more

I thought this charger worked great, if not better than I expected. It’s super portable, easy to charge, and easily charged my iPhone 13 fully. But, I dropped it once while it was attached to my phone, and the dongle snapped. It was still attached but after a week or so, it stopped working altogether.
