I was buying and taking a name brand chewable B12 for years, I think Jarrows? Anyway, this recently popped up and I decided to give it a go. The flavor is obviously different, but the ingredients are mostly the same. I have allergies that will make me sneeze and have to blow my nose half the day if I don't take a b12 when I first wake up. So that's how I know taking these, they do the same thing for me as the name brand did. I let it dissolve under my tongue most of the way, chew the rest, and then the symptoms will go away the rest of the day :) ... show more
