I love this Garden of Life B-12 in capsule form. It doesn’t have to be refrigerated! I’ve been using Garden of Life products for years, maybe even 10 years and my doctor said, “I don’t know what you’re doing but keep doing it! I’ve never seen blood work numbers this good! I have taken vitamin B12 for many years, but can honestly say that this brand makes a difference. I can feel the difference straight away. I have some minor nerve damage in my extremities and this (well B vitamins in general) has helped so much over a long period of consistent use. I love how it has all the B's in one pill. I also love how it uses higher quality vitamins. Not the cheap ones made out of cyanide you find in overpriced drug stores. All in all, great product, I plan to use it as long as Vitamin Code makes it. I was taking a multi-vitamin, 3 different B vitamins, and a couple of fish oil pills and a couple blueberries every morning. This has lowered the pills I have to swallow by two, and has added more varied B-vitamins into my system. I feel great and all my supplements work well together using this product ... show more
