Upon arrival, this pillow was very strange. It was mushed into a flat, vacuum sealed pile, but after some fluffing and shaping it popped right up. The material inside is very odd, as the pillow then holds the pictured shape perfectly. It's very firm and sturdy. Excellent product! After I took it out of the packaging it took about 24 hours for the foam to expand. Now it's amazingly comfortable! I needed it as I was recovering from surgery and it kept me so happy while I was laying in bed! Highly recommend this product !

Excellent product. The material feels great with good texture. it is very soft and does support the back well. I think it's main strengths are supporting your back when you are watching TV in bed. The item is very large so I think the majority of buyers will be comfortable and well-supported. Something to note is that it takes 48 hours to completely inflate. So perhaps plan ahead when deflating and inflating and traveling with it. ... show more

This is a horrible cushion! Not at all what was pictured. Bought add a Christmas gift for my husband who is 5'4"and it doesn't even do anything for support on his back. Left out for 3 days fluffing and trying to force it into shape and this is the result! Do not buy! This is not worth the money

I remember being a kid and never understanding why these don't support you like chairs but now that I've gotten older and tried using pillows to help support my back - I get it now. The fabric is extremely soft and it's nice to even cuddle up to when you nap. I can't wait to rearrange the room where I can use this more to play video games. It's something I definitely look forward to. It's fairly solid and doesn't bend like most of the plush pillows like this. It's, like, /actual/ support. No complaints honestly. Pillow is exactly what I expected. I needed it for someone who is sick and needed a reading pillow in bed and this pillow provides the support he needed. Good value and good product.
