Like some of the reviews suggests, the product looks lopsided at first when you open the package. But once you fluff it up, like a pillow, the product begins to take shape and on the second or third day it looks perfect, just like the picture. It is firm, yet soft and comfy.

I had originally bought a small bing bag for my son’s tent but it was still too big to fit and it wasn’t comfortable. I ended using my old quilt and inserting it inside an extra sleeping bag for my 5 year old son to sit on, which was a perfect fit for the tent but provided no back support! 😞 I tried using extra pillows for his back but they would fall over and not stay in place. 🤦🏻♀️ I really hated seeing my son without back support. I finally remembered that my grandmother use to use a firm support pillow, when she would read in bed. I was so relieved to find this plush support pillow on Amazon. It is exactly what I needed! It is supper comfy. It totally fits the inside of my son’s tent. Best of all, It stays in place so it doesn’t fall over. It totally supports my son’s back when he’s reading or watching his iPad in his tent. Firm support and comfortable. Cover is super soft. Tossed it on air fluff cycle (15 min) when it arrived, didn't use balls in the dryer. It completely fluffed in the dryer (total 20 min).

    • Kind of a small, not very supportive.
These are not very sturdy for sitting upright in bed while watching TV. A little disappointed that they are not very firm. We still have to use several pillows in order to sit up in bed to read or watch TV.

    • The padding feels strange
The padding is strange, the pillow comes very condensed and then it flufs over a 24 hr period. The padding is more like foam pellets not cotton or plush. It also has a strange smell.. it will work for what I need it for temporarily but I wouldn't recommend and I also won't be keeping long term.
