Do yourself a favor and buy a different product from somewhere else.

Where to start? I should have trusted the reviews already written. This trampoline was purchased as a birthday present on 8/08/2020. It said it would be delivered between 8/26-9/06. After a significant delay, it was finally delivered in a torn up box with parts missing. I contacted the seller and they said they would ship out the missing pieces (leg, springs, ladder, some screws & bolts. and they would arrive in 7-15 days. A month later they had still not arrived, so I reached out to the seller and received no response. Amazon then reached out on my behalf and the seller contacted me two days later prividing the same tracking number as before, but neither Amazon nor I could find that shipping number in any system. A week later, the leg piece arrived. I was at least able to start constructing the trampoline, however, the additional missing pieces means it can't be used yet. I reached out to the seller and received notice that the seller was no longer part of the Amazon marketplace. I ended up buying the missing pieces so that I could complete the construction of this 2-month-late birthday gift. I have reached out to Amazon and they are investigating what can be done and I await their response. So onto reviewing the actual trampoline.. There are no instructions provided for building the trampoline. I had it mostly put together then had to undo a lot of it due to trial and error. Here are my suggestions: 1. Attach the feet, legs, and frame of the trampoline. This took some muscle and a rubber mallet to get the pieces to fit together. Be sure the holes on the leg pieces point out. 2. Attach the trampoline mat to the frame. We attached the springs to the frame, then used the pull tool to hook the rings onto the springs. Don't simply attach the springs consecutively. I attached one spring, then attached another directly across from it (diameter) to hold it up. Instead, I was able to get it attached by attaching every 3rd spring, then working around the circle until they were attached. I am waiting on the last several springs to be delivered to complete this step. 3. Loosely attach the posts to the legs. Be sure to use the plastic washers between the posts and the trampoline frame. The socket screws (allen wrench) are very cheap. I broke one with just the allen wrench and stripped another. I was already missing some, so I had to buy some from the local hardware store. 4. Attach the mat to the frame to cover the springs. The ties line up with the poles. You need the poles to be loose so that you can pull the edge of the mat down over the frame of the trampoline. The ties can be tied to the leg pieces between the posts and the frame. 4. Insert the top section of the post into the netting. Push those as far up into the sleeve as you can, as the foam around the post tears very easily. The top end of the post will tear right through the foam rubber, so you have to push both the metal pole and the foam rubber up at the same time or you risk the pole getting snagged and tearing the foam rubber. At that point, it's impossible to get that torn foam rubber out of the sleeve. 5. When you attach the top post and net to the bottom post, be careful pulling the netting down further. The net is easily torn, and the foam pieces slide down and get bunched up, resulting in the bare metal post being pressed against the sleeve. I suspect this will soon tear the sleeve, but I can't figure out how to push the foam rubber back up without shredding it. 6. Tuck the netting down between the loose post and the frame exactly like you did the edge of the mat. 7. Now you can tighten the posts to the legs, wedging the mat and netting against the frame. Be careful not to strip/break the bolts when you tighten them. The netting has clips that attach underneath the trampoline, so that will also hold the netting down as long as the tension doesn't tear the netting...which it will. Strangely, the mat-covered springs are inside of the netting, which seems to be a hazard when jumping. A trampoline we owned previously wasn't like that, but I guess it will work. My kids can't actually use it yet so I can't comment on that at this point. Do yourself a favor and buy a different product from somewhere else.

Do not purchase!!!

This trampoline is very low to the ground, maybe 3.5ft and this does not seem safe. It comes with no instructions for assembly and does not go together easily at all. Quality of materials is cheap as well; metal poles came covered in oil, blue plastic mat is very thin as are the foam pole covers. Box upon arrival was busted open in 4 places, if it wasn’t strapped together it never would have made it. Made request to return but they kept trying to get me to keep the product. When they finally accepted my return, it was my responsibility to get the product back to them (figure out how to ship the busted up box as well as pay for return). I was working on this and after 3 days, they cancelled my return cause I didn’t act fast enough!!! Steer clear of this product!!!!!!

Poorly made. Don't recommend.

Poorly made. Description says that it was made in the US, but it was shipped from China. Several of the pieces are bent and won't slide together. It is also shorter than standard US made trampolines. Very disappointed because we waited almost a month for it to ship to us.

Good for the price!!

My boys love it!!! The only thing I don't care too much about is the ladder. I think it could use a wider one but before we put it on they had no trouble getting on.

Ok, but the springs are on the inside of the net.

Trampoline is ok. On a smaller side. The way it’s designed, it has springs on the inside and they are covered with blue cover for protection from getting stuck in there. I think the springs should be outside the net like in other trampolines I saw around. I wouldn’t necessarily purchase this particular one again.

I don’t like this trampoline

When I see box is broken and I open trampoline is broken we try to make but they forget to put thickened stell pipes and it’s not working I lost my money to buy this trampoline my baby so sad
