After cutting down a 20 foot apricot tree, I feel that I know this chainsaw‘s potential pretty well. The hardest part of the whole job was that the chain tensioning screw keeps on rotating back to the loose position during use, due to the vibration of the chainsaw running. Every two minutes, I had to stop and tighten the chain. Other than that, it was awesome. During this period, I’ve gone to know that this chainsaw is very easy to start. I would’ve given it five stars all throughout, but for the tension screw issue. (Every two minutes of cutting, the chain tightening tension screw had to be tightened. ) The next time I use it, I will use some thread lock chemical like Loctite. ... show more

Chainsaw worked great and cut very easily. My only problem is that after about 8 months of use, the pull sting broke and I would like to fix it but cannot find parts anywhere.

I ran it through multiple heat cycles and have not had a problem with it running. I am currently having an issue with the oiler for the bar/chain. The mix is 25:1

Easy to start, and runs well. Have to adjust chain tension frequently, but haven't had any issues with quality. I have Stihl and Husqvarna chainsaws for comparison, and this is worth the price listed.

Everything about this chainsaw was above my expectations. Given the price, I wasn't expecting such great quality. Haven't used it long but has worked quite well on some large branches. The chain hasn't come off like with my old chain saw. I was going to rent one from a big box store for a week. But this was less money than the rental. Setup was easy and intuitive. I purchased this saw to cut a number of trees in our backyard. Assembly was easy. Starting is tricky. But runs well. The only problem is that oil is coming out of the bottom after a few uses and I can't find the leak. Guess I'll have to take to a repair shop.
