abunda_amazon_reviews Works great on my 6.5mm Creedmoor but I do wish the turret adjustments weren't under caps. You can get snap on turret knobs, but that's another $100 or so. Clear glass and very bright. Good magnification. I've only shot out to 200 yards with it so far but no complaints from me. The turret knob thing is on me for not noticing it before purchasing. It's more of a zero for 100 or 200 yards and forget it kind of scope. If you are wanting to shoot different distances, maybe look for something with external adjustment knobs. Or if it's a screaming good deal on price, you won't be disappointed in optic clarity.;;Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2018;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Nice and clear optics, capped turret adjusters make it best for zero and forget;;Destroyer;;;bought this scope for on a 6.5 creedmoor ruger American predator. have shot over 40 rounds with it an really enjoy it. so far I have no complaints. did need higher ring bases to clear the 44mm end. overall i think it's a great buy. my hat came in black not camo though.;;Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2018;;5.0 out of 5 stars;;have shot over 40 rounds with it an really enjoy it. so far I have no complaints;;Brian D.;;;I bought this scope based off of all the reviews it gets. I’m guessing that many of the reviews are from first time scope buyers. I compared this to 3 other scopes I have, and it was severely outclassed by all 3 in optical clarity on the same magnification settings. One is a Leupold VX2 3-9x, a bushnell elite 3500 3-9x, and a redfield revolution 4-12x, and I paid less for all 3. Granted none of them go up to 18x like the vortex, but 18x is worthless if what you’re looking at is cloudy. An even worse issue was the eye relief. It’s terrible on all magnifications. The only reason I didn’t give this scope 1 star was because I never mounted it and fired it, so I don’t know how well it would hold zero and how positive the clicks are. Didn’t bother checking.
