So when I bought the press and it arrived I was excited to start using it I had already used a heat press so it was easy to setup and get ready to go. I did notice cold spots where the heat was not activating the ink. Upon further inspection of the transfer I noticed dimples in the sheet. I then turned to the heat press in which I found small foreign objects under the sheet protecting the heating element so I removed it. There was gravel/sand somehow trapped in there and it was preventing the heating element from contacting the sheet preventing the ink from activating and transferring. After removing the sheet I now use parchment paper which is cheap and you can just toss them when used to prevent any bleed damage to future T's This works like a charm just inspect the design, the transfer, and the heat press after the first run and make sure you dont have the same issue.... It's easily resolved but was kind of annoying.... otherwise It would have been 5-stars for sure! ... show more

The product arrived actually a day before it was promised! Packaging was undamaged. Some of the reviews mentioned it was heavy and was difficult to use without a workbench. Before using the product I built a stand to anchor it too. The product worked great. Easy to assemble, and like the reviews mentioned, please dont try to use without an equally sturdy stand to attach it too. You cannot use this machine safely without anchoring to a tabletop. The press gets extremely hot and if it tips over, you are in trouble. Other than that, this is a great press for the money for putting out a large number of iron-on tee's. ... show more

Alright... been using this thing for about 2 months. Pro: 1. Not expensive 2. Paid for itself in first 2 weeks 3. Pretty simple to set up Cons: 1. HORRIBLE top / bottom weight disparity!!! The top is so much more heavier than the bottom that if you slide the unit too far to one side IT WILL TILT OVER (pretty scary when it’s at 320+ degrees) 2. Bottom tray/plate slides out too far with no warning or buffer/safe device. Meaning if you slide it out too far trying to center an item, and the top is too far to one side... you’ll wind up with one piece in your hand and the other on the floor... 3. Bottom plate is horrible to set up anything that isn’t a tshirt, sweats and larger garments are a pain in the azz. ... show more

I’ve had this for less then a year and am already needing to buy another one. It didn’t come with any instructions, I was never sure how to use timer. This also caused me to not be able to use some of the attachments. (Which was already annoying) However, now it just stopped working for no reason. So far the heat press and attachments works great!! I’ve pressed a couple of shirts and some face masks and they came out great..... however I haven’t used the mug press yet due to it being bent upon arrival.. I don’t think that’s a part of the design lol

    • Good but prepare for Allen key issues.
The heat press works fine, however; the screws to change the pieces are TOO tight. I couldn’t get by or my customers hat orders done because the Allen key wasn’t working for it and none of the store Allen keys fit.

    • Not worth it!
Got this press about 8 months ago for my start up small business. It WAS great at 1st. Than the temp would say 330 but when my heat gun read 390 to 400 ruining items. I never used any attachment until yesterday, decided to use the mug press which after 1 use came apart. The screws aren't long enough for it. Also after continuous use of the press swinging away it will DETACH from the handle dropping the plate on the item, I than had to hurry and pick up before it burnt me or the clothing.. It's not too hard to tighten back but it happens again after numerous use. HIGHLY annoying! Would give it 1 star for that but decided 2 since it did work in the beginning. ... show more
