At first, I had a problem with the small candy dispenser because I didn't assemble it correctly! There is a rotating plate inside to adjust the amount of candy to dispense and when I put it back together I left the slot in the open position. So every time someone turn the knob it went back to the open position so candy kept flowing out non stop! But once I figured it out it worked great! So only thing I suggest is to include a disclaimer or instructions about how to assemble it correctly for I see other people have had the same issue and think their machine doesn't work when in fact they just didn't put it together correctly ... show more

After an hour of drilling and tapping holes in the base and post so I could attach them it looks and works well. Overall it is not suitable quality for commercial use but it would be fine for occasional home use. The candy machine box is relatively thin sheet metal but okay for home use. none of the holes aligned. I picture some guy using a hand drill eyeballing the holes. If the manufacturer simply used a template to make sure the holes aligned this could be a great product. I'm comfortable making a pattern and then drilling and tapping holes in the metal. I would guess that the average customer would not be comfortable doing so. I would not imagine all of the machines have misaligned holes but I assumed that when I bought it even after reading the reviews saying the holes don't match. I knew I could fix it though. One other problem is that unless you drill all new holes the square mount at the base will not be aligned with the candy machine itself. That bothered me so I relocated ALL of the mounting holes. It is mentioned in the description but the two outer dispensers are for 1" gumballs. The center dispenser has an adjustable mechanism that allows you to control how much product gets dispensed for products such as peanuts, Skittles, Recesses Pieces, or any other small items. The round base is pretty large for stability but it doesn't allow you to place the dispensers close to a wall. Not a problem in most cases but something to keep in mind. It comes with three sets of keys. Two sets fit the top to lock in the candy. The other set fits a back door where you access the quarters. It’s nice and heavy, made well but only has one compartment where you can add smaller candy. The two compartments on each end keeps you restricted to gum balls only. There are no parts to change this option out. So it limits what you can put in it.

Love having it in my office, but I've tried several different things to prevent it from just dropping candy out of it if you bump it or shake it, and it still does it. Even bought new internals for it and it still does it. Fun to have in the office though.
