I bought these for travel since they collapsed for packing. I liked the air removal button for easy drinking. I also like the spring open lid and closure to prevent leaking. I thought it is hard to fold for packing but maybe I’m not doing it the right way.

A fold up water bottle for travel is a great concept. They do not leak at all even when squeezed during traveling. The only drawback is that the material attracts dirt and debris like a magnet. I was using this on the plane and accidentally dropped it on the floor and when I picked it up it was covered in yuck. So gross. However, but for that issue, the bottles worked great but that issue was bad enough that we eneded up throwing them away halfway through our trip. ... show more

This water bottle really has a lot going for it. I like the lid that keeps the drinking spout clean. I love the button that lets in air so the bottle will stand upright. I like that it is lightweight and collapsible. Ice would melt in 2 hours or less so you have to be ok with room temp water. I guess you could fill it partially full and freeze it. I didn't try that. There was a learning curve to figuring out how to drink from it. It was the same principle as feeding a baby a bottle. If liquid is not completely covering the spout you will inhale air and can choke. What I didn't like was the taste. I read the Q&A and reviews - so I filled my bottle with baking soda and boiling water and let it sit for 24 hours. Then I ran it through the dishwasher as well. I didn't notice any problems with the taste during the day. I left it by the bed overnight and took a drink out of it the next morning and it tasted bad. I rinsed it out thoroughly and refilled with new water an ice. It still tasted bad as the water came to room temp. This was almost perfect. If only they could fix the taste issue... ... show more

The quality is great. It has a nice clip to keep it closed, a push button to add air to the bottle after you drink from it. I would buy it again but it’s not what I was looking for personally. Because it’s so soft it’s very difficult to put in the side pocket of my back pack when hiking.

Took on a six week trip to Guatemala. I hate having to carry water bottles when traveling - they take up too much space empty. Overall, I'm pleased with this. I can roll it up in a carry-on. There are two minor (in my opinion) cons: the strap to keep it rolled up slips off, falls off, and comes undone easily, and the inside of the bottle and drinking parts need cleaning regularly (as opposed to stainless steel). Some people might find the flexible bottle and squeeze-drink mechanism annoying. However, the pros outweigh the cons for me: it takes up less space, it has a cap over the drinking spout, and a metal ring to "lock" it, and a button to let in/out air - you can make the bottle smaller as the liquid inside decreases. ... show more
