  • Good for the money
Good for the money the sprayer needs to be re worked as it’s not a nice spray it can be wonky at times but I use solution and a drill brush so I don’t need the spray option. Great for cars and at home upholstery not a fan of the carpet suction but for spots it’s good just not whole rooms nice on car seats and carpet and couches 9.5/10 ... show more

  • Works as advertised.
The soap nozzle on the small narrow attachment is clogged no big deal. I thing the suction is great and I know what powerful suction is I own a galaxy 3000 from epic. Don’t know what that is look one up here on Amazon. They have two stage vacuum motors. Run both for cleaning carpets with the long chrome wand then when you clean vehicles you turn one motor off you actually have to because with both running the smaller attachment gets stuck on the carpet of the vehicle and if to pull to hard you’ll pull the carpet out of the vehicle. I’m serious. I dont really need that unit I don’t even have carpet in my house. My buddy has one for his business and I liked it because of the two stage motor thing. Oh and check it out to whoever reads this. The dirt water you extract do not put that in the gutter outside. Think of the worst waste we produce and where does that go?? Yes the toilet. Which connects to the sewer. Dirty extraction water qualifies for the sewer. Do not pour it in a storm gutter. Animals to use the storm drains so help them out by keeping a water source of theirs clean. A lot of people don’t think of this so tell this to everyone you know. Dirty carpet cleaning water in the storm drain….come on. I don’t know where the dirty water lead to from the dude on here went to hopefully just the grass. Which is another place you can dispose of it. Mother Earth suck that right up no problem. Not in the gutter. ... show more

  • The sprayer isn't the best.
So I bought this to pair with my steamer to clean upholstery. Wasn't quite ready to spend over $1500 for an all in one unit that steams, vacs and shampoos, but at this point, i think I'm going to. I would have gave it 5 stars, but the sprayer has malfunctioned. It barely sprays. Initially, it was great; a nice spread of solution with decent pressure which allowed quick and easy saturation. Now it takes forever, and I've since resorted to using a spray bottle in its place. I've only used it like 3 times. Kind of a bummer, especially since its hard to find quality spray bottles. The spray nearly trickles out. When it works, there's a gap in the spread, meaning it sprays from the outer angles but nothing in the center. Trigger alert!! Kind of like the scene in ME, Myself and Irene, when he's peeing everywhere. I thought it was dirty so i tried to find something small enough to scrape the tiny nozzle. Can't even use a nylon bristle. Its a tiny little slot. Maybe i'll try and soak it in vinegar or something. Ant be mineral deposits because i use distilled water. When I shut off the pump, it continues to drip as well. On the other hand, the vacuum has great suction and does a good job extracting the solution. I wish there was a smaller version of the upholstery head, like maybe 2 or 3 inches, for tight spots, like around seat belt dispensers, visors and the support where the handles are next to the windshield. It's a good thing that the heads don't clip in. I thought at first it would be aggravating, but it works out, because you're able to rotate the head and adjust the positioning of the gun. Otherwise, it would suck since the handle is huge. Haven't had any problems with the remote buttons. At the beginning, they didn't work though. I had to take apart the circuit board and check connections and the battery before the first use. After that, it worked fine. The canister for solution is OK except that the cap doesn't screw close. You pop it on, which means it can just pop off too and waste solution, especially if the unit accidently falls over. Another bummer. It holds a gallon of solution which is nice. However, if I'm cleaning the interior ceiling of a vehicle plus everything else, I have to refill it. Overall, I'm making it work to get the job done. It's cleans well if you know what you're doing, and if you mix the solution just right. Don't use to much of your cleaning agent. You'll be there forever trying to get suck up the resulting foam that will linger in the fabric. Oh and if you don't know, do not attempt to spot clean with this unless you want a dirt ring hanging around. You'll need to clean whatever it is in its entirety, from end to end. This will prevent those nasty rings. ... show more

  • A Superior Carpet Clean
This machine is replacing a tiny little pet carpet spot shampooer, and a little bigger carpet pet shampooer, neither of which had any suction to really get the stuff out, very little capacity for the little it did remove, and were just plain difficult to clean once clogged with gunk. I have a dog and four young children, and they've really made a mess, so I was really looking forward to shop-vac power. Like any other appliance, have patience with it at the beginning. It was easy to put together, there is a video on how to do that on YouTube. I couldn't figure out at first why there seemed to be no suction, but then I realized that I had turned the dial on the remote handle the wrong way. Once I figured that out I was golden. It also took me a few tries to figure out how to turn the water on and off using the remote. But, I was able to successfully clean a piece of carpet at the top of my stairs that no other machine I'd used before had cleaned. Although there is a set-in discoloration, the musty smell we've lived with is now gone. I found the smaller upholstery attachment to be easier to work with to really get the excess water out of the carpet, rather than the larger carpet attachment. I live in a humid place, and I think that helped get my carpet mostly dry enough to finish drying overnight. I've no reason to knock off any stars, this product is performing exactly as I expected - actually a lot better than I expected. ... show more
