Great kit to build your own exhaust on any truck or car car. I built a dual exhaust set up for a v8 in a 1961 pick up truck. Fit and finish is pretty good. The male and female ends can vary in how snug they fit together, but even the loosest fitment was tight enough to weld without having to crimp. With the variety of the 45, 90 and 180 pre-bent pieces there is plenty of option to route the pipes where ever you want, especially if you cut at increments to get more angles. With the 4 48" straights there is plenty of pipe to run dual exhaust and I had extras left over. There is a black protective coating that should be ground/sanded off before welding, but welds will penetrate ok if you don't clean it. ... show more

Love this, I bought a 89 Toyota that had the exhaust cut off. This was simple enough to build an exhaust. All the pieces slide right together then you clamp them down. Don't forget to. It clamps and hangers. Also the size of the pipes is not the size clamps you want. Go up a size due to it being flared out for fitting. So if the pipe is 2.5in make sure to get 3in clamps. A couple pipes were dinged in shipping but overall very pleased. I built an exhaust system for my Chevy c30 quad cab dually and was surprised to have enough pipe to reach from one end to the other of one of the longest trucks I've ever owned very pleased, will buy again.

Most 2.5" exhaust pipe I could find in a kit at this price range. It's thin walled but its also at a great price. I highly recommend getting some clear high temp paint and spraying everything right out of the box and then going back to spray the welds when its finished. The paint it comes with can be welded through rather easily since its really thin so mild steel could use the extra paint. I think I had a 180° bend and 2 4ft sections left over from making duals on my camaro. It would be nice if it came with 2 180° bends and 6 45° as those were the most and least used for my application. ... show more

Fast delivery, the product arrived in 2 boxes and there was no damage to the kit. With the assortment of bends and straights, I was able to fab up my exhaust in no time; being 16ga steel, I was able to MIG weld the joints with no issue!!! The biggest plus to this kit, is that the pipe is black and fits my RatRod application perfectly!!! ... show more
