Been using it for ice fishing...Has a range of 3-4 feet under the water...Leds do not help as they light up EVERY particle in the water...atleast in the lakes Im fishing...great for watching your jig or tip up bait...one thing I did do upon reading other reviews of water getting into the camera was take lens cover off camera and the factory grease was very hardened and dry. Cleaned it up and applied silicone grease and have not had a single leaking issue. At 99 bucks it was def worth it. If I could do anything different it would be to get the version that records. I would suggest getting some sort positioning tripod, I bought the rapala version and like it...keeps the spinning under control. ... show more

Bought this and didn't pay attention. I didn't notice that it doesn't record which is why I got it to begin with so I returned it and purchased one that records. If you are just wanting to see the fish and not record or take pictures this will work great. If you're wanting pictures and or video this is not for you ... show more

Works great for the price. The cam could have a wider angle of view. Battery last longer than expected. Update the camera died so I contacted the company. Customer service was great, they immediately sent me a replacement!👍👍

Hooked it up and all it said was no signal. No matter what I did - no signal. Update: Contacted the company and they said they are sending me a new unit. Will update when I receive the new unit.

    • Works good in not so deep water.

Used this in 70ft of clear water and was hard to see around. Hard to control the angle at that depth too. It wouldn't help Josh get a pike. That will never happen. Josh dont catch pike!
